Renting possible throughout the whole year. 1 vacation home offers 76 square meter (holidays object 1 per day starting from 68 Euro), 1 dwelling, 2 sleep areas, 4 to 6 persons, sauna (4 Euro per Pers.) 1 vacation home 52 square meter (holidays object 2 per day starting from 44 Euro), 1 dwelling, 1 sleep area, 2 to 4 persons, medical massages and Yoga are possible.

Die neu, modern und liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet bis zu 4 Personen Platz für erholsame und erlebnisreiche Urlaubstage im Elbsandsteingebirge.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ca. 55 m² groß.
Sie verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke, Sat-TV, Bücher und Spiele und einen Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.
In der Küche sind Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, 4-Zonen-Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube und Mikrowelle vorhanden.
Das große Bad mit Fenster verügt über eine Dusche, WC und Föhn.
Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett (180x200) und ein Einzelbett.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der 1. Etage unseres Fachwerkhauses.

Wir laden Sie ein, in unser Ferienhaus (mit 4 Betten) im Herzen der Sächsischen Schweiz.
In einem großen Grundstück mit Wald und Wiese in ruhiger Lage und herrlichem Blick ins Elbtal können Sie pure Natur genießen. Das Ferienhaus ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Parkplatz zu erreichen und bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchen. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele sind von uns gut zu erreichen. Der Elberadweg führt direkt durch unseren Ort Prossen und an der Elbe befindet sich eine Anlegestelle der Elbschiffahrt. Die Grenze nach Tschechien ist ca.8 km entfernt.
Außerdem vermieten wir noch eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 Betten.

Start your hikes from our house into the back country of Saxon Switzerland and into Bohemian Switzerland. You will be rewarded with wonderful panoramic views on idylic landscapes and bizarre sandstone rocks.

Am Fuße des Großen Winterberges liegt die ca.68qm große Erdgeschosswohnung mit innenliegendem Badezimmer. Sie bietet außerdem einen herrlichen Blick über Schmilka. Die Lage direkt am Wald ist ein Paradies für Kinder, die herzlich Willkommen sind. Der Vermieter ist ein "Urgestein" der Umgebung mit 40 Jahren Walderfahrung und er kann tief in den Erfahrungsschatz greifen, was sich beim Kaminfeuer erleben lässt.

Our 2 stars vacation home is directly at the Elbradweg bike route in Prossen, a very idyllic location in the heart of Saxon Switzerland. It is a central starting point for trips and hikes into the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Enjoy the undisturbed panorama view on the Elbe river directly from the house.
The dwelling is equipped modern and offers with additional beds place for up to 3 persons. Pets are cordially welcome us.

Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.
