Guests have been lodging in our Lindenhof hotel in Bad Schandau for more than one hundred years. In 1832, Prince Johann of Saxony visited our hotel for several days.
Ever since the hotel kept its hospitably tradition. Upon arriving you will be delighted by the charm of our familial hotel. All of the 41 rooms - 6 single rooms, 18 double rooms, 9 mansards, 8 superior doublerooms - are arranged in the best of taste and very comfortable.
The in room amenities include a shower, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a mini-bar. Some double rooms and superior double rooms have got a balcony with a view at the park. On request extra beds are also possible in superior double roms. There is an elevator to every floor.

Gut geeignet auch für kleinere Gruppen und befreundete Familien. Die Wohnungen erreichen Sie über einen mit Glas überdachten und auch möblierten Laubengang. Diesen können Sie auch zum Erholen nach den Ausflügen, zum Sonnen und Lesen nutzen uvm. Wanderwege gehen vom Haus los, aber Sie können auch unsere Nationalparkbahn oder den Bus nutzen. In Kürze erreichen Sie die Bastei, Festung Königstein, Burg Hohnstein und Stolpen, den Kurort Rathen, Stadt Wehlen, Bad Schandau an der Elbe. Wir haben reichlich Prospektmaterial ausliegen und beraten Sie gerne bei Ihren Ausflügen. Auf unserem ca. 5000 qm großem Grundstück befindet sich ein großer Grillplatz, das Streichelgehege mit den Kamerunschafen, eine Streuobstwiese, Liegewiese, kleiner Spielplatz, Tischtennis, kleiner Kräutergarten und verschiedene Teesorten uvm.

Almost 150 years ago, the "Lichtenhainer Wasserfall" was already one of the earliest famous features of the Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) and was the setting-off point for the first hikers who wandered on the "tourist paths" through this unique, beautiful region. The guesthouse, built in Swiss style in 1852, was, until the beginning of the 20th century, annexed to a chair-lift, pack-animal and guide´s station, so tha, to avoid the "terrible strain" of an ascent to the cow-shed, you could let yourself be carried up in the chair-lift by 2 carriers.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus 2017 komplett saniert. Es bietet Ihnen auf 150 qm alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen und ist ausgestattet für 6 bis 8 Personen. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 separate Bäder, einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche sowie einer urigen Sitzecke am Haus. Grill, Räucherofen und Feuerstelle sind vorhanden.
Das Haus wird nur komplett und ab mindestens 5 Tagen Aufenthalt vermietet (Nichtraucherhaus). Haustiere sind nicht erwünscht. Am Haus befinden sich 3 Parkplätze.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. It is just the multifaceted nature of the landscapes which assures that the entire family will never be bored. The walking paths range from easy and flat to very steep and varied for more adventure. The climbs in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are legendary, leading you along the cliff top, which are equipped with iron ladders and steps.

Our 200 years old and beautifully reorganized 3-sides-holiday farm (secluded situation, panorama view) offers 2 well furnished vacation homes. Family-friendly, for rainy days a play barn with ping-pong table, badminton and Dart is available. Renting possible throughout the whole year. 1 vacation home offers 76 square meter (holidays object 1 per day starting from 68 Euro), 1 dwelling, 2 sleep areas, 4 to 6 persons, sauna (4 Euro per Pers.) 1 vacation home 52 square meter (holidays object 2 per day starting from 44 Euro), 1 dwelling, 1 sleep area, 2 to 4 persons, medical massages and Yoga are possible.

Our comfortable and newly furnished apartment with 57 sqm of living space impresses with a spacious living / dining room with an integrated corner kitchen and a bright, large bathroom with a shower and basin. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe.
In the big yard, a barbeque area awaits right in front of the Apartment.
It's just lovely to sit there on a warm evening when the sun goes down. On colder evenings you can relax in front of the fireplace.

Inmitten herrlicher Natur zu Füßen der beiden Bärensteine erwartet Sie unser liebevoll saniertes Ferienhaus. Es bietet Platz für 2 Personen und eine Aufbettung ist problemlos möglich. Wer dem Alltagsstress mit vollem Terminkalender und Hektik entfliehen möchte, ist bei uns sehr gut aufgehoben. We would like to invite you to our comfortably furnished apartment (for 2-5 persons) in the village Mittelndorf, located in the Saxon Switzerland. Our village is in close proximity to the spa town Bad Schandau and is ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. Here is also a transportation link with the bus, heading towards the large district town Sebnitz and Bad Schandau.
