Our quiet apartment is located in an idyllic setting with a boating pond and offers ideal conditions for a relaxed holiday in the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Trips to the Kirnitzschtal valley, the Lichtenhainer waterfall or to the Kuhstall rock arc, just to name a few options, are all highly recommended. Furthermore a trip to the capital city Dresden is also a nice alternative. Nevertheless here you can relax in a “play barn” with table tennis and a swimming pool. Our village has three restaurants, of which one even has with a bowling alley.

We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.

Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. Several separate units of approx. 100 sqm large and terraced comfort stands with electric hook-ups for 7 caravans. 6 camping tents can be set on the meadow. Modern equipped sanitary building (single baths with shower, WC and washing place) and a summer kitchen are present.
