Die neu, modern und liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet bis zu 4 Personen Platz für erholsame und erlebnisreiche Urlaubstage im Elbsandsteingebirge.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ca. 55 m² groß.
Sie verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke, Sat-TV, Bücher und Spiele und einen Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.
In der Küche sind Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, 4-Zonen-Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube und Mikrowelle vorhanden.
Das große Bad mit Fenster verügt über eine Dusche, WC und Föhn.
Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett (180x200) und ein Einzelbett.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der 1. Etage unseres Fachwerkhauses.

The holiday house lies on a former barnyard in the municipality Lohmen. On our property we still do agriculture to a small extent, while you can enjoy our farm animals. Our property is in the middle of the village at a very calm road.
The holiday house consists of 3 vacation homes for 2-4 persons (additional beds possible). All dwellings are equipped with Sat TV. Towels and bedlinen are inclusive. The renting is possible during the whole year. Moreover we have a terrace with BBQ possibility and parking lots.

Haus Felsengrund retreat centre is situated around 35 km (approx. 22 miles) from Dresden in the quaint village of Rathen with a direct view of the Elbe river and the famous Bastei, landmark and one of the most breathtaking rock formations of “Saxon Switzerland”. At the outskirts of the national park Saxon Switzerland, directly at the base of the Lilienstein, we offer in very calm situation a Holiday flat (70sqm) for 2-7 persons starting from 80, - €/day. It consists of 2 Doppelzimmer with 2 separate Shower/WC, 2 additional beds possible, 1 living room with radio, TV, telephone, complete kitchen, central heating, terrace with BBQ possibility, parking lot at the house, restaurant 150m away. Holiday flat is very well suitable for family with children or for married couples. Favorable starting point for trips into the Saxon Switzerland, to Dresden it is 40km which takes just 45minutes with rapid-transit railway.

We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.
