Die moderne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung für bis 4 Personen (64qm) liegt wunderbar ruhig am Orts- und Waldrand. Sie verfügt neben den Zimmern
über eine komplette gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, 2x Dusche und 2x WC, offenen Innenkamin, 2 außenliegende überdachte Terrassen mit schönem freien Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen ebenerdigen Zugang und ist mit Gartennutzung seniorengerecht, aber auch kinderfreundlich. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
Die Wohnung ist allergikergeeignet. Sie ist direkter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen im Nationalpark.

The farmhouse is situated directly at the Elbe, at the Elbradweg bike route and close to a train station, thus being an ideal starting point for hikes into the Saxon Switzerland. A nearby water park is only 3 walking minutes away.
Our offering:
- single persons booking double room accommodation and short overnight accomodations (1 night) will be charge extra - please inquire (depends on season)

- limited number of rooms for persons with pets, some are pet-free (for allergic persons)
- suitable for parties of each kind (max.100 persons)

Our holiday flat and guestrooms are located in a calm position, near a forest, at the end of the village Prossen.
Our vacation rentals are usually preferred by little groups, families but as well by single travellers. For guests who come by car we have enough parking space available.
Our house also includes a renting service for bikes, cars and minibusses. The ones who favor a more adventurous exploration of the surrounding area we offer four-wheelers for rent.

The intimate house was restored costly until 2001. You find here modern dwellings with complete comfort. The use of natural wood and stone gives a suitable ambience to the house. A visit of our approx. 3 ha large property with strewing fruit meadows, firs and old trees is a great experience for the kids. Balconies and terraces invite to relax. Even evenings at the campfire are possible. On rainy days or in the winter you will enjoy natatorium and sauna.

Surrounded by nature, Apartmenthaus Saxonia is set in a beautiful historic building just 400 m from the center of Bad Schandau. It a spacious terrace and free wired internet. The country-style apartments come with free WiFi, satellite TV and a living room with sofas. Each one is stylishly decorated with chandeliers and elegant antiques, and they all come with either a balcony or a terrace.
Guests can prepare food in the fully equipped modern kitchen, which also features a small dining area. On sunny days, guests are free to enjoy the barbecue facilities on the terrace.
The beautiful countryside offers the ideal base for hiking and cycling, and just a 5-minute walk away is the relaxing Toskana Thermal Baths.

Unser Ferienhaus "Morgensonne" (ab 48€ p.N.) ist ruhig im Ort gelegen, im ländlichen Stil eingerichtet und bis in die Dachspitze mit Holz verkleidet. Ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich, auf der einen Seite mit Küchenzeile und Eckbankgruppe sowie Couchgarnitur und TV in der anderen Raumhälfte, erwartet Sie nach Ihrer Tour zum Relaxen. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett im EG sowie 2 Aufbettungen im Dachgeschoss,(letztere über eine Leiter zu erreichen) stehen zur Verfügung. Auf der Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln ist Grillen jederzeit möglich.
Unsere kleine Ferienwohnung (ab 34€ p.N.) bietet Platz für 2 Personen, ist zentral gelegen und ca. 28qm groß. Eine Gewölbedecke und im Stil angepasste Accessoires gefallen nicht nur Romantikern. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ohne Treppen und die Fewo ist für Kurzübernachtungen geeignet. Eine kleine Sitzecke im Grünen sowie ein über-dachter Stellplatz im Hof stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung.
Sie können direkt von hier entlang des Malerweges ins Kirnitzschtal oder auf dem Panoramaweg loswandern. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch.

Unser Haus ist sowohl idealer Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungsreisen durch das Elbsandsteingebirge, als auch Ruhepol für entspannte Stunden. Auch Ausflüge nach Dresden oder ins tschechische Nachbarland, z. Bsp. nach Prag, sind von hier aus gut möglich.
Keine 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Dorfladen/Imbiss, bei dem Sie ab 06:30 Uhr frische Bäckerbrötchen und vieles mehr kaufen oder auch gemütlich frühstücken können

Our characteristic framehouse is situated in a cozy, quiet, sunny location and offers an apartment for 2 people (2 additional beds in the bedroom are possible), consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, garden and terracce. Pets are welcome (please make announcement in advance). The district Ostrau is located above the town Bad Schandau, in the middle of the Schrammstein area and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes. After a short walk or bus ride you are in the town Bad Schandau, where further options for destinations are available, like a voyage on the river Elbe, a trip to the Bastei rock formation, a trip to the capital Dresden and many more.
