Do you have desire spending your holidays in a barn? We integrated an individual 2 level vacation home carefully into the existing basic fabric. Built with natural materials as plenty as possible, each area is designed and in coordination according to regional structures. The vacation home is brightly, friendly and overall generously proportioned, for friends, pairs and families. Different areas for common activities, games and discussions, or just to withdraw from any stress. In addition there is a play barn with a large sandpit, ping-pong, Dart,… a large meadow with a fire place. From the apartment you have a beautiful view on the Schrammsteine, the Falkenstein… meadows and forest. We would be glad to accommodate you!

Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

Wir laden Sie ein in unsere Ferieenwohnung in das Kirnitzschtal im Zentrum der Sächsischen Schweiz. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage und ist ein Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen.
Direkt vom
Haus aus können Sie in die Kirnitzschtalbahn einsteigen und die wunderschöne Landschaft erkunden. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Gaststätte sowie ein Kiosk für kleinere Einkäufe.

Our complex is composed of hotel with 18 bedrooms, restaurant with terrace, universal playground for many types of sports, "workout-playground", the biggest playground for children in the city and small hot-dog stand.
Our Hotel is located direct on the cycle track and near of the city center.
Our restaurant offers mostly typical Czech dishes.

Wir laden Sie ein zu einem erholsamen Natururlaub in unser neuerbautes, gemütliches Komfortferienhaus (Nichtraucher) in mitten einer liebevoll gestalteten parkähnlichen Gartenanlage.Herrlich ruhig und idyllisch am Fuße der "Kaiserkrone" gelegen ist das Haus eine idale Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern oder befreundete Ehepaare.
4 Fahrräder, eine überdachte Tischtennisplatte, ein großes Trampolin sowie ein romantischer Lagerfeuerplatz und eine wunderschöne Sonnenterrasse mit Grillkamin runden unser Angebot ab.

You live in a comfortable vacation home, which is equipped for 2 the persons. It has a modern heating, telephone and a SAT-TV. The vacation home can be used from May to October. Of course a Carport is present. In good weather the meadow and a pavilion with BBQ possibility can be used. Furthermore also a summer-house is available. Bedlinen and towels belong also to the equipment. Our vacation home is an ideal point of expeditions of all kinds: bike, hiking and tours in the region of the Bielatal as well as the entire Saxon Switzerland. A bus stop of the line to Königstein is only 3 minutes away. The city Königstein (10km away) is a popular point to start trips on the Elbe to Dresden and Czech Republic.

Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus mit 2 Ferienwohnungen befindet sich im Herzen der Sächsischen Schweiz und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. In den komfortabel und gemütlich ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen können Sie entspannen, sich wohlfühlen und vom Alltagsstress erholen. Verbringen Sie inmitten ruhigen, idyllischer Umgebung die schönsten Tage des Jahres, genießen Sie von Ihrem Balkon/Terrasse den wunderschönen Blick auf die Ochelwände, den Pfaffenstein mit der Barbarine und den Papststein. In unserem großer Garten stehen Sonnenliegen, ein Sandkasten, Grill, Feuerstelle und ein Trampolin bereit.

Das große, sonnig und nahe der Elbe gelegene Ferienhaus mit Blick zu den Schrammsteinen ist die ideale Unterkunft für den Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden, zum Wandern, Radfahren oder einfach nur Relaxen.
Nur die Straße und der Elberadweg trennt das Grundstück vom eigenen Elbestrand mit Liegewiese und Bootsanlegemöglichkeit. Das StrandHaus bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Personen auf zwei Ebenen, ein überdachter Grillplatz mit rustikalen Holzbänken lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden in geselliger Runde ein.

Our comfortable and newly furnished apartment with 57 sqm of living space impresses with a spacious living / dining room with an integrated corner kitchen and a bright, large bathroom with a shower and basin. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe.
In the big yard, a barbeque area awaits right in front of the Apartment.
It's just lovely to sit there on a warm evening when the sun goes down. On colder evenings you can relax in front of the fireplace.

Desire for a vacation with friends? Then you should visit our holiday barn. At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall.
