Our Apartment is located in an new living house. It is central und quiet situated at the foot of the mountain Pfaffenstein.
From here you may like to enjoy the beautyful view over fortress Königstein and the rock needle of mountain Pfaffenstein. You also can hike both from our place.
The village Pfaffendorf and its surroundings are excellent for lovely walks and great hikes. It is also a good starting point for trips to Dresden, Stolpen or The Tschech Republik.
We rent out the apartment all year through for at least 3 nights.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Our complex is composed of hotel with 18 bedrooms, restaurant with terrace, universal playground for many types of sports, "workout-playground", the biggest playground for children in the city and small hot-dog stand.
Our Hotel is located direct on the cycle track and near of the city center.
Our restaurant offers mostly typical Czech dishes.

Our approx. 60 sqm large vacation home is on a calm property in the ground floor and approachable over a separate entrance. The sunny meadow, the small children playground with sand box, chute, swing and the campfire place are particularly well suitable for our guests with children. In the evening you can finish your eventful days on our terrace with BBQ or at the campfire place. You can leave your car on a parking lot at the house. The regional train station Lohmen is about 10 minutes walking away. Pets on request.

Our holiday flat and guestrooms are located in a calm position, near a forest, at the end of the village Prossen.
Our vacation rentals are usually preferred by little groups, families but as well by single travellers. For guests who come by car we have enough parking space available.
Our house also includes a renting service for bikes, cars and minibusses. The ones who favor a more adventurous exploration of the surrounding area we offer four-wheelers for rent.

Our cosy family-led land hotel with terrace and children's playground, is close to the castles Hohnstein and Stolpen at the Polenztal and the Bastei. Get spoiled by our Saxonian kitchen; particularly the domestic wild specialities and enjoy our comfortable hotel rooms.
The hotel is an ideal starting point for hiking and climbing in Saxon Switzerland, for trips into the art and cultural city Dresden and environment, as well as to Prague.

Our house is directly on the bank of the Elbe in the town Wehlen, calm although central situated and oriented to the south. From our terrace and the vacation rooms you have a fantastic view on the Elbe, the rock formations of the Bastei the famous sandstone area "Weiße Brüche".
For a recreative vacation in Saxon Switzerland we offer you two vacation homes and two appartements for 2 to 3 persons. The two vacation homes are in the 1st floor and the appartements in the top floor of our house.

Our facility is directly located at the Elbe with view on the town Wehlen and the Saxon Switzerland. The house was built in 1868 by a shipowner and an owner of a quarry and was later renovated in 1997.
