We would like to invite you to our comfortably furnished apartment (for 2-5 persons) in the village Mittelndorf, located in the Saxon Switzerland. Our village is in close proximity to the spa town Bad Schandau and is ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. Here is also a transportation link with the bus, heading towards the large district town Sebnitz and Bad Schandau.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Our house is located in a central yet very quiet location in the town Wehlen. Shopping possibilities and the steamboat pier can be reached within 3-5 min by walking. The apartments are located on the first floor, equipped in a comfortable and contemporary design and rated with 3 stars. The larger apartment has a balcony with a nice view on the landscape. Guests taking the smaller apartment are allowed to use the seats in our garden. The house is located in a quiet residential street where the kids can play around the house safely.

Die 65 qm große Ferienwohnung ist in unserem Garten ruhig gelegen und durch eine Außentreppe mit separatem Eingang zu erreichen. Es steht Ihnen eine Wohnküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Schlafzimmer, kombinierter Wohn- und Schlafraum, Bad mit Dusche und WC, teilweise verglaster Eingangsbereich mit Balkon zur Verfügung.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inclusive. Vom Fön bis zum Mixer ist alles vorhanden.
Physiotherapeutische Behandlungen, Entspannungsmassagen sowie osteopathische Behandlungen können in meiner Praxis in Anspruch genommen werden.

Our complex is composed of hotel with 18 bedrooms, restaurant with terrace, universal playground for many types of sports, "workout-playground", the biggest playground for children in the city and small hot-dog stand.
Our Hotel is located direct on the cycle track and near of the city center.
Our restaurant offers mostly typical Czech dishes.

Our house is an in calm location at the forest and offers a unique view on the rock world of Saxon Switzerland. Friendly furnished rooms in the cosy ambience await you for a recreative vacation. Our rooms have shower/WC/TV, partly balcony and the apartment roof terrace. Approx. only 8 minutes walking to the Elbe wheer are the piers and rapid-transit railway connection. The art city Dresden can be reached in 35 minutes and the health resort Bad Schandau just after two stops. Bohemian Switzerland can also be approached comfortably with this railway line.

In unserem Ferienhaus Kaiserkrone stehen Ihnen zwei gemütliche Ferienwohnungen zur Auswahl. Die Wohnung "Rübezahlstiege" (EG) verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, ein separates WC und eine große Terrasse. Die Wohnung "Häntzschelstiege" (DG) hat ein Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafcouch), ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und einen Balkon. Kleine Reisegruppen (bis zu 9 Personen) können gern das gesamte Ferienhaus mieten.
Von den Wohnungen genießen Sie einen traumhaften Ausblick direkt auf den Zirkelstein. Das 5.000 qm großem Grundstück verfügt über einen Grillplatz mit Sitzbänken, sowie über einen Sandkasten und eine Kinderschaukel. Parkplätze sowie Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und Motorräder sind ebenfalls direkt auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Saupsdorf, a local part of the municipality Kirnitzschtal, is in the middle of delightful hiking and trip destinies at the base of the Wachberg mountain.
Start your hikes from our house into the back country of Saxon Switzerland and into Bohemian Switzerland. You will be rewarded with wonderful panoramic views on idylic landscapes and bizarre sandstone rocks.
