Guests have been lodging in our Lindenhof hotel in Bad Schandau for more than one hundred years. In 1832, Prince Johann of Saxony visited our hotel for several days.
Ever since the hotel kept its hospitably tradition. Upon arriving you will be delighted by the charm of our familial hotel. All of the 41 rooms - 6 single rooms, 18 double rooms, 9 mansards, 8 superior doublerooms - are arranged in the best of taste and very comfortable.
The in room amenities include a shower, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a mini-bar. Some double rooms and superior double rooms have got a balcony with a view at the park. On request extra beds are also possible in superior double roms. There is an elevator to every floor.

Our cozy holiday home is located in a quiet but central location between the towns Bad Schandau and Sebnitz, on the ridge between the valleys of the rivers Kirnitzsch and Sebnitz. The location offers opportunities for beautiful long hikes, which start nearby our accomodation. In close proximity is the Panoramaweg trail, running from Bad Schandau through the villages Mittelndorf, Lichtenhain and Saupsdorf, where is also a very popular part of the Malerweg trail. We do rent in the months from April to October. We are looking forward to your visit!

Es befindet sich im Zentrum von Bad Schandau in der Fußgängerzone der Kirchstraße. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Toskana Therme, Elberadweg, die Sächsische Dampfschifffahrt, historische Kirnitzschtalbahn - all das befindet sich "direkt vor der Haustür".
Wir bieten ihnen komfortable Apartments und Gästezimmer für 2 bis 6 Personen. Parkplätze am Haus und kostenfreies W-LAN sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Fahrräder können Sie direkt bei uns im Haus ausleihen.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Surrounded by nature, Apartmenthaus Saxonia is set in a beautiful historic building just 400 m from the center of Bad Schandau. It a spacious terrace and free wired internet. The country-style apartments come with free WiFi, satellite TV and a living room with sofas. Each one is stylishly decorated with chandeliers and elegant antiques, and they all come with either a balcony or a terrace.
Guests can prepare food in the fully equipped modern kitchen, which also features a small dining area. On sunny days, guests are free to enjoy the barbecue facilities on the terrace.
The beautiful countryside offers the ideal base for hiking and cycling, and just a 5-minute walk away is the relaxing Toskana Thermal Baths.

Wir laden Sie ein in unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Bad Schandau OT Krippen im Herzen der Sächsischen Schweiz.

Krippen liegt auf der anderen Elbseite von Bad Schandau, hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus, Bahn und Fähre. Im Ort befinden sich Gaststätten, Einkaufsmarkt und eine Kegelbahn. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele ins Elbsandsteingebirge sind von uns gut zu erreichen. In die Kunststadt Dresden fahren Sie von Krippen in kurzer Zeit bequem im S-Bahnverkehr. Bis zum Grenzübergang nach Tschechien sind es nur ca.10 km.

Our house is an in calm location at the forest and offers a unique view on the rock world of Saxon Switzerland. Friendly furnished rooms in the cosy ambience await you for a recreative vacation. Our rooms have shower/WC/TV, partly balcony and the apartment roof terrace. Approx. only 8 minutes walking to the Elbe wheer are the piers and rapid-transit railway connection. The art city Dresden can be reached in 35 minutes and the health resort Bad Schandau just after two stops. Bohemian Switzerland can also be approached comfortably with this railway line.

The vacation home is convenient and central, situated in the ground level of our house which can be found right behind the hotel "Sigls". Renting possible during the whole year.
When driving on autobahn A17, then take the B172 highway to Bad Schandau (market) and change direction towards Hinterhermsdorf along the river Kirnitzsch until you reach the hotel "Sigls". You are just 300m away from the center (river Elbe).
