Additional beds for 5,00 € per person and night possible, all-season renting, parking lot at the house.

Our cozy holiday home is located in a quiet but central location between the towns Bad Schandau and Sebnitz, on the ridge between the valleys of the rivers Kirnitzsch and Sebnitz. The location offers opportunities for beautiful long hikes, which start nearby our accomodation. In close proximity is the Panoramaweg trail, running from Bad Schandau through the villages Mittelndorf, Lichtenhain and Saupsdorf, where is also a very popular part of the Malerweg trail. We do rent in the months from April to October. We are looking forward to your visit!

You live in a comfortable vacation home, which is equipped for 2 the persons. It has a modern heating, telephone and a SAT-TV. The vacation home can be used from May to October. Of course a Carport is present. In good weather the meadow and a pavilion with BBQ possibility can be used. Furthermore also a summer-house is available. Bedlinen and towels belong also to the equipment. Our vacation home is an ideal point of expeditions of all kinds: bike, hiking and tours in the region of the Bielatal as well as the entire Saxon Switzerland. A bus stop of the line to Königstein is only 3 minutes away. The city Königstein (10km away) is a popular point to start trips on the Elbe to Dresden and Czech Republic.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. For a active recreation like hiking or climbing, our holiday house is central starting point. The near-by " Toscana thermae" (Wellness bath) in Bad Schandau as well as other recreation offerings are also highly regarded destinies.

Eine Stube mit Kaminofen verbreitet zudem behagliche Baudenstimmung. Auf den Wanderer und Radfahrer warten 10 Zimmer auf drei Etagen. Vom Einbett- über Doppelzimmer bis zum Dreibettzimmer ist es für Einzel- und Gruppenreisende ein begehrtes Quartier in Schmilka, dem besonderen Ortsteil von Bad Schandau.

Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, die sich im ersten Obergeschoss befinden. Ein Schlafzimmer hat 3 Betten (200cm x 90m), Sessel, Tisch, Schrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat Doppelbett (200cm x 180cm), Sessel, Tisch, Schrank.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit LED-Fernseher, Satellitenempfänger, Rundfunk, Kaminofen, Esstisch, Stühlen, Sessel und ausklappbarer Sitzgruppe ausgestattet (2 vollwertige Schlafplätze).
Im Garten von einer Fläche von 800 m2 stehen Außensitzplatz, Trampoline, Schaukel, verglaste Gartenlaube mit Ofen und Grillmöglichkeit zur Verfügung.

Our comfortable and newly furnished apartment with 57 sqm of living space impresses with a spacious living / dining room with an integrated corner kitchen and a bright, large bathroom with a shower and basin. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe.
In the big yard, a barbeque area awaits right in front of the Apartment.
It's just lovely to sit there on a warm evening when the sun goes down. On colder evenings you can relax in front of the fireplace.

The family-led land hotel is situated in the municipality Gohrisch. Hiking and groups of seniors are cordially welcome with good discounts on groups. Organization of day schedules, BBQ and much more. Friendly service in our restaurant with fresh regional kitchen. Seasonal change of menu before Easter time (visible on our homepage). On public holidays there will be an additional menu with breakfast buffet and half-board with 3 course meal with 2 choosable main courses. If desired we prepare lunch packets for you.
Our 28 guest rooms are all equipped with Shower/WC, SAT-TV and telephone.
