Our hotel is situated directly at the slope of the Elbe; wonderful view over the Elbe valley from the Lilienstein to the fortress Königstein. The reception is open day and night. From 7-10 o'clock breakfast buffett, from 12 o'clock our restaurant is opened with panorama pavilion and during beautiful weather the terrace.
Good connection to public transportation – 600m away you have rapid-transit railway station, ship and ferry pier, station Festungs-express and Bastei-clamber. In-house parking lots are available sufficiently. In the house are sauna, whirlpool, bicycle rental and a sales exhibition of erzgebirgian folk art. Dogs are welcome.

Das Haus direkt am Malerweg im Stile der 30er Jahre ist schlicht und rustikal eingerichtet. Mit viel Holz und warmen Farbtönen versprüht die Pension den Charme einer gemütlichen Herberge zum Wandern und Klettern im Elbsandsteingebirge.
Eine Stube mit Kaminofen verbreitet zudem behagliche Baudenstimmung. Auf den Wanderer und Radfahrer warten 10 Zimmer auf drei Etagen. Vom Einbett- über Doppelzimmer bis zum Dreibettzimmer ist es für Einzel- und Gruppenreisende ein begehrtes Quartier in Schmilka, dem besonderen Ortsteil von Bad Schandau.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. In Bad Schandau beginnt auch das wild-romantische Kirnitzschtal mit seinen zahllosen Wanderrouten zu Highlights wie dem Malerweg, dem Kuhstallfelsentor oder den „Affensteinen“.

The vacation home is convenient and central, situated in the ground level of our house which can be found right behind the hotel "Sigls". Renting possible during the whole year.
When driving on autobahn A17, then take the B172 highway to Bad Schandau (market) and change direction towards Hinterhermsdorf along the river Kirnitzsch until you reach the hotel "Sigls". You are just 300m away from the center (river Elbe).

Guests have been lodging in our Lindenhof hotel in Bad Schandau for more than one hundred years. In 1832, Prince Johann of Saxony visited our hotel for several days.
Ever since the hotel kept its hospitably tradition. Upon arriving you will be delighted by the charm of our familial hotel. All of the 41 rooms - 6 single rooms, 18 double rooms, 9 mansards, 8 superior doublerooms - are arranged in the best of taste and very comfortable.
The in room amenities include a shower, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a mini-bar. Some double rooms and superior double rooms have got a balcony with a view at the park. On request extra beds are also possible in superior double roms. There is an elevator to every floor.

Our *** Superior Hotel with its modern and contemporary atmosphere is ideally located in the holiday destination Saxon Switzerland. The private hotel is directly at the large city park and next to the spa and pool area "Mariba", making the Parkhotel Neustadt a perfect choice for an individual and relaxed vacation. All rooms are equipped with a bath, shower, WC, SAT-TV, radio with alarm clock, a desk and telephone. Inside the house we have a wellness area with various treatment rooms, a Finnish sauna and a quiet room.
