Our lately renovated and comfortably furnished mansion Zeissig offers 5 double rooms and 2 vacation homes with balcony. Lain conveniently in calm location, you can experience unique nature, expanded hikes and the romantic mountain world. You can reach us simply by car on the autobahn A17 (exit Pirna – follow hotel route red A to Rathen) and then into direction Neustadt crossing Lohmen, Rathewalde and finally in Waltersdorf turn right down to Rathen. The place is car-free, but for guests with car we have our own parking lot below the house (therefore stop at the prohibition sign).

Located 180 meters above a deep sandstone canyon of the river Elbe, between Děčín and the border checkpoint of Hřensko, is a terrace built at the beginning of the 18th century. There is an amazing bird’s eye view from The Belveder. You can see the Elbe canyon, a huge valley surrounded by high rocks with the Elbe River flowing through. In the summertime, at evenings, when the sky is painted with so many beautiful colors, it’s a magical place. Adjacent to this terrace is a Hotel which shares the same name as the vista – Belveder. The surrounding countryside is favorite place for walkers and all around there are excellent places for mountaineering. From there you can easily reach the popular beauty-spot of Soutěsky and the world-famous Pravčická brána.

The Parkhotel, located amidst a grand park next to the Elbe promenade of the idyllic spa Bad Schandau and rich in tradition, is looking forward to your visit. Our hotel is situated directly at the slope of the Elbe; wonderful view over the Elbe valley from the Lilienstein to the fortress Königstein. The reception is open day and night. From 7-10 o'clock breakfast buffett, from 12 o'clock our restaurant is opened with panorama pavilion and during beautiful weather the terrace.
Good connection to public transportation – 600m away you have rapid-transit railway station, ship and ferry pier, station Festungs-express and Bastei-clamber. In-house parking lots are available sufficiently. In the house are sauna, whirlpool, bicycle rental and a sales exhibition of erzgebirgian folk art. Dogs are welcome.
