Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Wir laden Sie herzlich ein in unsere Ferienwohnung nach Prossen an der Elbe in der Sächsischen Schweiz. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt am Elberadweg, am Fuße des Lilienstein. Prossen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu allen bekannten Wander- und Ausflugszielen.
Der Kurort Bad Schandau ist ca. 3km von uns entfernt. Genießen Sie die Natur- und Felsenlandschaft der Sächsischen Schweiz, oder erleben Sie bei einer Dampferfahrt das Elbtal. Der Elberadweg bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten für Radtouren, auch bis in die Böhmische Schweiz.

Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

Enjoy the modern, rural flair in our 3 new comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.

We offer a comfortable holiday apartment (55 sqm) for 2-4 persons in the district Pfaffendorf of the town Königstein, located in a quiet yet central location. On request we can provide you with a second bedroom. Ideal for organizing a family holiday including excellent hiking opportunities and trips to bigger cities, such as Dresden, Meissen and Prague, which all can be easily reached by car, tram or boat. On cold days, a visit to the thermal baths in the town Bad Schandau is a very nice alternative. Prices: 2 persons 36€, 3 persons 48€, 4 persons 56€

From our 3-Star Hotel the Elbe river and the cure promenade can be reached within just 10 minutes by foot. The hotel has 20 double and 1 single rooms with altogether 39 beds. We offer comfortably equipped atmosphere with genuine wood furniture and shower, toilet, telephone, radio, TV and Internet connection (Internet not available in every room).
Please have a seat in our restaurant (70 seats) or in our hunting style decorated winter garden with a wonderful view on the Elbe river. Or enjoy a traditional wine from Meißen or a relaxing beer on our beautiful large sun terrace (60 seats).

Family-led pension, rooms at ground level, breakfast area with view to the Elbe and the Schrammsteine, 3000 square meter flower garden, direct location at the walking route “Sonnenuhrenweg”, good connection to public transportation .

Our characteristic framehouse is situated in a cozy, quiet, sunny location and offers an apartment for 2 people (2 additional beds in the bedroom are possible), consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, garden and terracce. Pets are welcome (please make announcement in advance). The district Ostrau is located above the town Bad Schandau, in the middle of the Schrammstein area and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes. After a short walk or bus ride you are in the town Bad Schandau, where further options for destinations are available, like a voyage on the river Elbe, a trip to the Bastei rock formation, a trip to the capital Dresden and many more.

Wir bieten ihnen komfortable Apartments und Gästezimmer für 2 bis 6 Personen. Parkplätze am Haus und kostenfreies W-LAN sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Fahrräder können Sie direkt bei uns im Haus ausleihen.
