We would like to invite you to our comfortably furnished apartment (for 2-5 persons) in the village Mittelndorf, located in the Saxon Switzerland. Our village is in close proximity to the spa town Bad Schandau and is ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. Here is also a transportation link with the bus, heading towards the large district town Sebnitz and Bad Schandau.

From our 3-Star Hotel the Elbe river and the cure promenade can be reached within just 10 minutes by foot. The hotel has 20 double and 1 single rooms with altogether 39 beds. We offer comfortably equipped atmosphere with genuine wood furniture and shower, toilet, telephone, radio, TV and Internet connection (Internet not available in every room).
Please have a seat in our restaurant (70 seats) or in our hunting style decorated winter garden with a wonderful view on the Elbe river. Or enjoy a traditional wine from Meißen or a relaxing beer on our beautiful large sun terrace (60 seats).

Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Conveniently situated in the rock area of the Ochelwände, the Ochelbaude offers a simple overnight accomodation - ideal for students, associations, nature friends - with group meetings, in particular for class trips and holidays spare time. Here between Bad Schandau and Hohnstein are the starting points of the most well-known hiking areas.

Krippen liegt auf der anderen Elbseite von Bad Schandau, hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus, Bahn und Fähre. Im Ort befinden sich Gaststätten, Einkaufsmarkt und eine Kegelbahn. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele ins Elbsandsteingebirge sind von uns gut zu erreichen. In die Kunststadt Dresden fahren Sie von Krippen in kurzer Zeit bequem im S-Bahnverkehr. Bis zum Grenzübergang nach Tschechien sind es nur ca.10 km.

Our vacation home is situated air health resort Gohrisch, between Bad Schandau and Königstein on a plateau (300m above sea level) surrounded by forests. Main destinations for hiking are Gohrischstein, Papststein and Pfaffenstein can be reached by foot. Our separate vacations home (48 square meters) is in a calm side street, 3 minutes away from the forest however also close to the local centre. In Gohrisch you will find several good restaurants with a tasteful menu. A parking bay for your car is included on our property. Our Elbsandsteingebirge is worth a journey at each season, we are already looking forward to your visit.

Our house is an in calm location at the forest and offers a unique view on the rock world of Saxon Switzerland. Friendly furnished rooms in the cosy ambience await you for a recreative vacation. Our rooms have shower/WC/TV, partly balcony and the apartment roof terrace. Approx. only 8 minutes walking to the Elbe wheer are the piers and rapid-transit railway connection. The art city Dresden can be reached in 35 minutes and the health resort Bad Schandau just after two stops. Bohemian Switzerland can also be approached comfortably with this railway line.

Enjoy the modern, rural flair in our 3 new comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.
