We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. No problem, because we have 2 vacation homes with space for 4 persons each, with 1 possible addional bed.
Our vacation homes lies in the center of Saxon Switzerland directly in „Prossner Gründel" valley. The Elbe, the Elbradweg bike route and the sandstone are close and thus invite for sporty activities, (water sport, bike tours, climbing and hiking).

We would like to invite you to our comfortably furnished apartment (for 2-5 persons) in the village Mittelndorf, located in the Saxon Switzerland. Our village is in close proximity to the spa town Bad Schandau and is ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. Here is also a transportation link with the bus, heading towards the large district town Sebnitz and Bad Schandau.

Family-led pension, rooms at ground level, breakfast area with view to the Elbe and the Schrammsteine, 3000 square meter flower garden, direct location at the walking route “Sonnenuhrenweg”, good connection to public transportation .

Our comfortable holiday house is in a calm, sunny situation. Kitchen is completely equipped. Sat TV, bedlinen, hand and showering cloths are available. Parking lot at the house. Child-friendly - playground on property. Animals please on request.

Wir laden Sie ein in unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Bad Schandau OT Krippen im Herzen der Sächsischen Schweiz.

Krippen liegt auf der anderen Elbseite von Bad Schandau, hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus, Bahn und Fähre. Im Ort befinden sich Gaststätten, Einkaufsmarkt und eine Kegelbahn. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele ins Elbsandsteingebirge sind von uns gut zu erreichen. In die Kunststadt Dresden fahren Sie von Krippen in kurzer Zeit bequem im S-Bahnverkehr. Bis zum Grenzübergang nach Tschechien sind es nur ca.10 km.
