In the reconstructed half timbered house build in 1770 we are happy to offer you styleful vacation homes. Our central situation is ideal for hikes and trips to all Saxonian Bohemian nearby destinies. Already after 10 hiking minutes you reach our " Steinberghütte" hut and experience the panorama of the Saxon Switzerland back-country.
Rustic evenings at the campfire, contemplative hours on the south terrace or balcony and romance with candle light in the cellar vault are to complete a perfect vacation. For fitness balance you can use our ping-pong table, Badminton as well as board and dice games. You find a free open-air swimming pool in the neighbour village. Next to our yard is the land bakery shop.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Guests have been lodging in our Lindenhof hotel in Bad Schandau for more than one hundred years. In 1832, Prince Johann of Saxony visited our hotel for several days.
Ever since the hotel kept its hospitably tradition. Upon arriving you will be delighted by the charm of our familial hotel. All of the 41 rooms - 6 single rooms, 18 double rooms, 9 mansards, 8 superior doublerooms - are arranged in the best of taste and very comfortable.
The in room amenities include a shower, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and a mini-bar. Some double rooms and superior double rooms have got a balcony with a view at the park. On request extra beds are also possible in superior double roms. There is an elevator to every floor.

Unser Feriendomizil ist ruhig gelegen mit Gondelteich und Kinderspielanlage im Garten mit Trampolin und Outdoortischtennisplatte. Ausflüge ins Kirnitzschtal zum Lichtenhainer Wasserfall, Kuhstall, in den Nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz sind direkt ab Unterkunft möglich. Der großzügig angelegte Garten mit Grillplatz und mehreren kleinen Sitzgruppen lädt zur Entspannung ein.
