Our facility is directly located at the Elbe with view on the town Wehlen and the Saxon Switzerland. The house was built in 1868 by a shipowner and an owner of a quarry and was later renovated in 1997.

For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. It is just the multifaceted nature of the landscapes which assures that the entire family will never be bored. The walking paths range from easy and flat to very steep and varied for more adventure. The climbs in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are legendary, leading you along the cliff top, which are equipped with iron ladders and steps.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Gehöfts direkt an der Elbe und ist mit ca. 63qm für 2-4 Personen geeignet. Ihnen stehen zur Verfügung, ein Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, ein Wohnraum mit TV und einer Couch, eine Wohnküche mit Essecke, ein Bad mit DU/WC und Wanne. Weiterhin stehen ein Freisitz im Garten des Bauerngehöftes, Parkplätze, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Endreinigung inklusive bereit. Zur Altstadt benötigen Sie zu Fuss 5min mit Nutzung der Fähre, oder 15min über die alte Elbbrücke. Die letzte Renovierung wurde für unsere Gäste im Jahr 2014 vorgenommen.

Do you have desire spending your holidays in a barn? We integrated an individual 2 level vacation home carefully into the existing basic fabric. Built with natural materials as plenty as possible, each area is designed and in coordination according to regional structures. The vacation home is brightly, friendly and overall generously proportioned, for friends, pairs and families. Different areas for common activities, games and discussions, or just to withdraw from any stress. In addition there is a play barn with a large sandpit, ping-pong, Dart,… a large meadow with a fire place. From the apartment you have a beautiful view on the Schrammsteine, the Falkenstein… meadows and forest. We would be glad to accommodate you!

At the base of the fortress Königstein (5 minutes.) our place offers real hospitality in a calm situation. The kitchen of the house mixes Saxonian tradition with selected international specialities, which can be enjoyed in the neighboring beer garden. Modern equipped single, double and multi-bed rooms invite also stay for a longer period. A worth visit for the whole family is the nearby mini-golf park.

Das idyllisch, ruhig gelegene Papstdorf ist ein Ortsteil des Luftkurortes Gohrisch und liegt auf einer Hochebene inmitten der Sächsischen Schweiz. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Sächsische und Böhmische Schweiz.

Die Apartments sind auch kombinierbar mit unserer benachbarten Pension wo es auch Frühstück gibt was man dazu buchen kann.

Die FEWO ist über eine Aussentreppe separat zu erreichen und verfügt über einen schönen Balkon. Nur wenige Meter vom Grundstück entfernt beginnen schöne Rad - und Wanderwege in die Sächsische Schweiz. Mit dem PKW sind Sie in wenigen Minuten in Dresden, Pirna, Bad Schandau, Bautzen ...
