We would like to invite you to our comfortably furnished apartment (for 2-5 persons) in the village Mittelndorf, located in the Saxon Switzerland. Our village is in close proximity to the spa town Bad Schandau and is ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. Here is also a transportation link with the bus, heading towards the large district town Sebnitz and Bad Schandau.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Gehöfts direkt an der Elbe und ist mit ca. 63qm für 2-4 Personen geeignet. Ihnen stehen zur Verfügung, ein Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, ein Wohnraum mit TV und einer Couch, eine Wohnküche mit Essecke, ein Bad mit DU/WC und Wanne. Weiterhin stehen ein Freisitz im Garten des Bauerngehöftes, Parkplätze, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Endreinigung inklusive bereit. Zur Altstadt benötigen Sie zu Fuss 5min mit Nutzung der Fähre, oder 15min über die alte Elbbrücke. Die letzte Renovierung wurde für unsere Gäste im Jahr 2014 vorgenommen.

The private hotel is directly at the large city park and next to the spa and pool area "Mariba", making the Parkhotel Neustadt a perfect choice for an individual and relaxed vacation. Insgesamt sind 3 Ferienwohnungen im Objekt vorhanden. Fewo 1 EG/ 70qm mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Terrasse / 2 Schlafzimmern. Fewo 2 EG/ 45qm mit Balkon / 1 Schlafzimmer. Fewo 3 im I. OG/ 58qm mit Balkon / 2 Schlafzimmern.

Das Haus direkt am Malerweg im Stile der 30er Jahre ist schlicht und rustikal eingerichtet. Mit viel Holz und warmen Farbtönen versprüht die Pension den Charme einer gemütlichen Herberge zum Wandern und Klettern im Elbsandsteingebirge.
Eine Stube mit Kaminofen verbreitet zudem behagliche Baudenstimmung. Auf den Wanderer und Radfahrer warten 10 Zimmer auf drei Etagen. Vom Einbett- über Doppelzimmer bis zum Dreibettzimmer ist es für Einzel- und Gruppenreisende ein begehrtes Quartier in Schmilka, dem besonderen Ortsteil von Bad Schandau.
