The intimate house was restored costly until 2001. You find here modern dwellings with complete comfort. The use of natural wood and stone gives a suitable ambience to the house. A visit of our approx. 3 ha large property with strewing fruit meadows, firs and old trees is a great experience for the kids. Balconies and terraces invite to relax. Even evenings at the campfire are possible. On rainy days or in the winter you will enjoy natatorium and sauna.

Es erwartet Sie eine moderne einfache Ausstattung. (Schlafsack erforderlich, Bettzeug mietbar). In jedem Schäferwagen befinden sich zwei Schlafplätze.
Für Tageswanderer (Forststeig, Malerweg) haben wir in einem separaten Bereich (altes Gewächshaus) einen Biwakplatz (Wanderhütte) zur Übernachtung. In der Wanderhütte gibt es 6 Lagerplätze.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. The climbs in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are legendary, leading you along the cliff top, which are equipped with iron ladders and steps.

Almost 150 years ago, the "Lichtenhainer Wasserfall" was already one of the earliest famous features of the Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) and was the setting-off point for the first hikers who wandered on the "tourist paths" through this unique, beautiful region. The guesthouse, built in Swiss style in 1852, was, until the beginning of the 20th century, annexed to a chair-lift, pack-animal and guide´s station, so tha, to avoid the "terrible strain" of an ascent to the cow-shed, you could let yourself be carried up in the chair-lift by 2 carriers.

The hotel "Golden Linden" was built newly in the place of a former hunting lodge, that used to be a property of the Thun Family. Its facilities can satisfy even the most demanding costumers. Our vacation homes lies in the center of Saxon Switzerland directly in „Prossner Gründel" valley. The Elbe, the Elbradweg bike route and the sandstone are close and thus invite for sporty activities, (water sport, bike tours, climbing and hiking).

Our holiday house is characterized by a central, calm setting, a fantastic view and comfortable equipment. Available are apartments for 2 and 2-5 persons, which can be entered separately over a staircase. Lovingly designed in the modern country house style and comfortable equipment, a recreational stay in Elbe Sandstone Mountains is ensured.
The large and small sun terrace in the green garden and the balcony invite with garden furniture and sun couches to stay and relax.
