The Parkhotel, located amidst a grand park next to the Elbe promenade of the idyllic spa Bad Schandau and rich in tradition, is looking forward to your visit. Due to its unique position in the heart of Saxon Switzerland, the hotel is ideal for recreation and relaxation. At the same time it’s the perfect starting point for all of your holiday activities.
The architectural ensemble of the Parkhotel is characterised by two lovingly restored villas and the relocated building of the "Residenz Elbblick". Altogether they form a perfect composition of history and modernity. The in room amenities of the 73 modern rooms include a shower or a bathroom, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and Internet. There is an elevator to every floor.

Our lately renovated and comfortably furnished mansion Zeissig offers 5 double rooms and 2 vacation homes with balcony. Lain conveniently in calm location, you can experience unique nature, expanded hikes and the romantic mountain world. You can reach us simply by car on the autobahn A17 (exit Pirna – follow hotel route red A to Rathen) and then into direction Neustadt crossing Lohmen, Rathewalde and finally in Waltersdorf turn right down to Rathen. The place is car-free, but for guests with car we have our own parking lot below the house (therefore stop at the prohibition sign).

The state capital Dresden, the back country of Saxon Switzerland and the Bielatal valley are comfortably approachable by car, bus or rapid-transit railway. On our large south-oriented balcony you can relax in peace in the evenings.

We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. über eine komplette gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, 2x Dusche und 2x WC, offenen Innenkamin, 2 außenliegende überdachte Terrassen mit schönem freien Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen ebenerdigen Zugang und ist mit Gartennutzung seniorengerecht, aber auch kinderfreundlich. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
Die Wohnung ist allergikergeeignet. Sie ist direkter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen im Nationalpark.

Krippen liegt auf der anderen Elbseite von Bad Schandau, hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus, Bahn und Fähre. Im Ort befinden sich Gaststätten, Einkaufsmarkt und eine Kegelbahn. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele ins Elbsandsteingebirge sind von uns gut zu erreichen. In die Kunststadt Dresden fahren Sie von Krippen in kurzer Zeit bequem im S-Bahnverkehr. Bis zum Grenzübergang nach Tschechien sind es nur ca.10 km.
