Our vacation home is furnished for 2 to 3 persons and consists of a living room combined with a small kitchenette as well as a sleep area. A small bathroom offers shower and WC. In a garden lounge with BBQ you can have a nice evening.

Visit our idyllic and calm holiday house with mountain view and pure nature. You will relax undisturbed in a separate vacation house with private property. Even your children will love this place, as the holiday house is far from traffic roads.
For a active recreation like hiking or climbing, our holiday house is central starting point. The near-by " Toscana thermae" (Wellness bath) in Bad Schandau as well as other recreation offerings are also highly regarded destinies.

Our 4 stars guesthouse with 3 dwellings lies in the middle of Saxon Switzerland. All dwellings are completely furnished. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. You have a view on the fortress Königstein and the Pfaffenstein. Moreover our garden with beautiful meadow invites to relax.

Start your hikes from our house into the back country of Saxon Switzerland and into Bohemian Switzerland. You will be rewarded with wonderful panoramic views on idylic landscapes and bizarre sandstone rocks.

Our newly built holiday house is located close to the Malerweg hiking trail, above the romantic valley Kirnitzschtal. The house has 125 square meters of living space, with two floors and 4 bedrooms for 7 persons in total. Outside you can relax on the lawn and the terrace at the house. Moreover we have a garage and additional parking spaces. The location at the edge of the forest guarantees a quiet and relaxing stay. Well-known destinations for hikings and excursions, such as the historical Kirnitzschtalbahn railway running to the Lichtenhainer waterfall and the spa town Bad Schandau, or the Schrammsteine rock formation and the mountain Großer Winterberg can all be easily reached by foot.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. You live in our cosy vacation home with up to 4 persons. Nearby the forest, you can enjoy recreation from the everyday life, with hikes or bike and climbing trips. Our guests get inspired by the unique landscape of the national park and the mountain country of the Lausitz again and again.
We offer you a dwelling with seperate entrance. This includes kitchen, shower with WC and 2 rooms with 2 beds each. You can have breakfast on your terrace, or also a sheltered seat in the garden. We speak german and if desired we can recommend some of the most beautiful hiking destinies in direct environment.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt nahe der weltberühmten Bastei. Sie befindet sich im Haupthaus in der ersten Etage und hat einen separaten Eingang. Mit einer Gesamtfläche von 90 m² ist sie für maximal 6 Personen geeignet.
Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit SAT-TV, Radio, zwei separaten Schlafräumen mit Doppelbetten, einer komplett eingerichteten Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Ceranfeld, und sonstigen elektrischen Geräten sowie einem Bad mit Du/WC und Fußbodenheizung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf Wunsch vorhanden. Eine PKW-Stellfläche ist auf dem Grundstück. Fahrräder und Motoräder können eingeschlossen werden.
Auf dem Grundstück steht eine gemütliche, überdachte Sitzecke mit Grill zur Verfügung. Zu mieten ist die Ferienwohnung von Mai bis Oktober. Der Preis für die Endreinigung beträgt 15,00 Euro.

The farmhouse is situated directly at the Elbe, at the Elbradweg bike route and close to a train station, thus being an ideal starting point for hikes into the Saxon Switzerland. A nearby water park is only 3 walking minutes away.
