Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Our 200 years old and beautifully reorganized 3-sides-holiday farm (secluded situation, panorama view) offers 2 well furnished vacation homes. Family-friendly, for rainy days a play barn with ping-pong table, badminton and Dart is available. Renting possible throughout the whole year. 1 vacation home offers 76 square meter (holidays object 1 per day starting from 68 Euro), 1 dwelling, 2 sleep areas, 4 to 6 persons, sauna (4 Euro per Pers.) 1 vacation home 52 square meter (holidays object 2 per day starting from 44 Euro), 1 dwelling, 1 sleep area, 2 to 4 persons, medical massages and Yoga are possible.

Our house is situated in a central, but calm location. Many hiking destinies can be approached from the house. A cosy lounge with fire-place (well suitably for family celebrations or groups), a large meadow with pavilion and fire place invite to relax. All rooms are equipped with a mini kitchen. In direct proximity are restaurants, post office, bakers and sauna.

At the base of the fortress Königstein (5 minutes.) our place offers real hospitality in a calm situation. The kitchen of the house mixes Saxonian tradition with selected international specialities, which can be enjoyed in the neighboring beer garden. Modern equipped single, double and multi-bed rooms invite also stay for a longer period. A worth visit for the whole family is the nearby mini-golf park.

Our house is located in a central yet very quiet location in the town Wehlen. Shopping possibilities and the steamboat pier can be reached within 3-5 min by walking. The apartments are located on the first floor, equipped in a comfortable and contemporary design and rated with 3 stars. The larger apartment has a balcony with a nice view on the landscape. Guests taking the smaller apartment are allowed to use the seats in our garden. The house is located in a quiet residential street where the kids can play around the house safely.
