Our facility is directly located at the Elbe with view on the town Wehlen and the Saxon Switzerland. The house was built in 1868 by a shipowner and an owner of a quarry and was later renovated in 1997.

At the base of the fortress Königstein (5 minutes.) our place offers real hospitality in a calm situation. The kitchen of the house mixes Saxonian tradition with selected international specialities, which can be enjoyed in the neighboring beer garden. Modern equipped single, double and multi-bed rooms invite also stay for a longer period. A worth visit for the whole family is the nearby mini-golf park.

Our house is located in a central yet very quiet location in the town Wehlen. Shopping possibilities and the steamboat pier can be reached within 3-5 min by walking. The apartments are located on the first floor, equipped in a comfortable and contemporary design and rated with 3 stars. The larger apartment has a balcony with a nice view on the landscape. Guests taking the smaller apartment are allowed to use the seats in our garden. The house is located in a quiet residential street where the kids can play around the house safely.

Our comfortable and newly furnished apartment with 57 sqm of living space impresses with a spacious living / dining room with an integrated corner kitchen and a bright, large bathroom with a shower and basin. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe.
In the big yard, a barbeque area awaits right in front of the Apartment.
It's just lovely to sit there on a warm evening when the sun goes down. On colder evenings you can relax in front of the fireplace.

We offer a calmly located vacation home for 2 to 3 persons.
As a special service we can give you the possibility to go hunting in our hunting areas.
Wonderful hiking and climbing routes into Saxon Switzerland, interesting leisure offers in the closer environment like e.g. a visit of the castles in Stolpen and Hohnstein, fortress Königstein or the primeval times park, in addition daily trips to Dresden, Pillnitz or Meißen as well as a trip to the Czech Republic guarantee a experience-rich and interesting stay.

Our house is situated in a central, but calm location. Many hiking destinies can be approached from the house. A cosy lounge with fire-place (well suitably for family celebrations or groups), a large meadow with pavilion and fire place invite to relax. All rooms are equipped with a mini kitchen. In direct proximity are restaurants, post office, bakers and sauna.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber.
