In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. It is just the multifaceted nature of the landscapes which assures that the entire family will never be bored. The walking paths range from easy and flat to very steep and varied for more adventure. The climbs in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are legendary, leading you along the cliff top, which are equipped with iron ladders and steps.

Das mondäne, im edlen Bäderstil liebevoll denkmalgerecht sanierte Gebäude ist benannt nach der Tochter des ehemaligen Besitzers, Rudolf Hering. Dieser bewirtschaftete seinerzeit auch das im Haus befindliche Cafe Richter.
Die zwei nach besten baubiologischen Erkenntnissen renovierten Premium-Apartments lassen keine Wünsche offen für den Urlaub im Elbsandsteingebirge. Wo sich der Malerweg zum Wandern und der Elberadweg kreuzen und das historische Fährschiff "Lena" anlegt, bietet das Haus einen 360° Rundblick auf Berge und Wasser.

Das Ferienhaus bietet Ihnen Raum für ganz individuelle Ferien. Es ist Platz für 2-4 Personen. Im Erdgeschoß des Hauses finden sie den Wohnraum mit Kachelofen und Satelliten-TV, eine kleine Küche und das Bad mit Dusche und WC. Im oberen Geschoß ist das Schlafzimmer. Eine sonnige Terrasse mit Sitzecke befindet sich gleich vor der Tür.

Zusätzlich bieten wir für Wanderer auf dem Malerweg noch eine kleine Ferienwohnung für Kurzübernachtungen an.

Desire for a vacation with friends? Then you should visit our holiday barn. At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. Haus Felsengrund retreat centre is situated around 35 km (approx. 22 miles) from Dresden in the quaint village of Rathen with a direct view of the Elbe river and the famous Bastei, landmark and one of the most breathtaking rock formations of “Saxon Switzerland”. Whether you are in search of a retreat centre for your church week(end) away, a holiday resort for yourself and/or your family, a place to organize a workshop or training seminar in, a ‘base camp’ for climbing, cycling or hiking tours or even a peaceful constant to city-hop from.

The family-led land hotel is situated in the municipality Gohrisch. Hiking and groups of seniors are cordially welcome with good discounts on groups. Organization of day schedules, BBQ and much more. Friendly service in our restaurant with fresh regional kitchen. Seasonal change of menu before Easter time (visible on our homepage). On public holidays there will be an additional menu with breakfast buffet and half-board with 3 course meal with 2 choosable main courses. If desired we prepare lunch packets for you.

Our 200 years old and beautifully reorganized 3-sides-holiday farm (secluded situation, panorama view) offers 2 well furnished vacation homes. Family-friendly, for rainy days a play barn with ping-pong table, badminton and Dart is available. Renting possible throughout the whole year. 1 vacation home offers 76 square meter (holidays object 1 per day starting from 68 Euro), 1 dwelling, 2 sleep areas, 4 to 6 persons, sauna (4 Euro per Pers.) 1 vacation home 52 square meter (holidays object 2 per day starting from 44 Euro), 1 dwelling, 1 sleep area, 2 to 4 persons, medical massages and Yoga are possible.

Our quiet apartment is located in an idyllic setting with a boating pond and offers ideal conditions for a relaxed holiday in the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Trips to the Kirnitzschtal valley, the Lichtenhainer waterfall or to the Kuhstall rock arc, just to name a few options, are all highly recommended. Furthermore a trip to the capital city Dresden is also a nice alternative. Nevertheless here you can relax in a “play barn” with table tennis and a swimming pool. Our village has three restaurants, of which one even has with a bowling alley.
