Our characteristic framehouse is situated in a cozy, quiet, sunny location and offers an apartment for 2 people (2 additional beds in the bedroom are possible), consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, garden and terracce. Pets are welcome (please make announcement in advance). The district Ostrau is located above the town Bad Schandau, in the middle of the Schrammstein area and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes. After a short walk or bus ride you are in the town Bad Schandau, where further options for destinations are available, like a voyage on the river Elbe, a trip to the Bastei rock formation, a trip to the capital Dresden and many more.

Unsere Ferienwohnungen befinden sich im Ortskern von Stadt Wehlen, direkt an der Elbe und am zentralen Parkplatz. Genießen Sie die Ruhe und den herrlichen Ausblick auf die Elbe. Sie können von Wehlen aus auch mit dem Dampfschiff in Richtung Dresden oder Böhmische Schweiz fahren. Von unseren Wohnungen können Sie in die 1. und 2. Etappe des Malerweges einsteigen.

In Saxon Switzerland the hotel Albrechtshof is a good choice for a well and cheap vacation, celebrating or recovering in the calm nature. Very well suited for groups of all kinds. Situated in its own forest park on a light hill in the air health resort Gohrisch the atmosphere is calm and recreative. Königstein and Bad Schandau are both only 3km away. The next larger places are Pirna and Dresden. Use the advantages of Saxon Switzerland with its wonderful look-outs, over 1200 km signposted hiking trails and over 120 sights of baroque which can be seen on a steamboat trip. Or you follow the traces of historical Dresden with its rebuild Church of Our Lady, or get inspired by visiting a performance in the Semper opera or one of the many attractive museums. Of course the modern Dresden is really quite worth a visit as well.

Our Apartment is located in an new living house. It is central und quiet situated at the foot of the mountain Pfaffenstein.
From here you may like to enjoy the beautyful view over fortress Königstein and the rock needle of mountain Pfaffenstein. You also can hike both from our place.
The village Pfaffendorf and its surroundings are excellent for lovely walks and great hikes. It is also a good starting point for trips to Dresden, Stolpen or The Tschech Republik.
We rent out the apartment all year through for at least 3 nights.

Our holiday house is characterized by a central, calm setting, a fantastic view and comfortable equipment. Available are apartments for 2 and 2-5 persons, which can be entered separately over a staircase. Lovingly designed in the modern country house style and comfortable equipment, a recreational stay in Elbe Sandstone Mountains is ensured.
The large and small sun terrace in the green garden and the balcony invite with garden furniture and sun couches to stay and relax.

Almost 150 years ago, the "Lichtenhainer Wasserfall" was already one of the earliest famous features of the Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) and was the setting-off point for the first hikers who wandered on the "tourist paths" through this unique, beautiful region. The guesthouse, built in Swiss style in 1852, was, until the beginning of the 20th century, annexed to a chair-lift, pack-animal and guide´s station, so tha, to avoid the "terrible strain" of an ascent to the cow-shed, you could let yourself be carried up in the chair-lift by 2 carriers.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. It is just the multifaceted nature of the landscapes which assures that the entire family will never be bored. The walking paths range from easy and flat to very steep and varied for more adventure. The climbs in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are legendary, leading you along the cliff top, which are equipped with iron ladders and steps.

Das Ferienhaus ist neu gebaut und vollkommen separat. Sie finden hier Platz für 2 bis 4 Personen (ca. 46m²).
Die neu gebauten Ferienwohnungen RUTH und KURT im Hauptgebäude bieten jeweils auf 44m² Platz für je 2 bis 4 Personen.
Die beiden Ferienwohnungen eignen sich bei gleichzeitiger Anmietung für gemeinsam reisende Paare oder größere Familien.
Die Schäferhütte wurde 2025 neu gebaut und steht unseren Gästen im Außenbereich zur Verfügung. Durch die zentrale Lage ist Papstdorf ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Elbsandsteingebirge.
Der 451 Meter hohe Tafelberg "Papststein" liegt direkt bei Papstdorf. Der Aufstieg erfolgt über Treppen und Felsspalten und man wird mit einem atemberaubenden Rundblick über das Elbsandsteingebirge belohnt. Auf dem Gipfel befindet sich eine Berggaststätte, die ganzjährig geöffnet ist. Der Papststein ist auch eine Station des bekannten Malerweges.

In unserem Ferienhaus Kaiserkrone stehen Ihnen zwei gemütliche Ferienwohnungen zur Auswahl. Die Wohnung "Rübezahlstiege" (EG) verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, ein separates WC und eine große Terrasse. Die Wohnung "Häntzschelstiege" (DG) hat ein Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafcouch), ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und einen Balkon. Kleine Reisegruppen (bis zu 9 Personen) können gern das gesamte Ferienhaus mieten.
Von den Wohnungen genießen Sie einen traumhaften Ausblick direkt auf den Zirkelstein. Das 5.000 qm großem Grundstück verfügt über einen Grillplatz mit Sitzbänken, sowie über einen Sandkasten und eine Kinderschaukel. Parkplätze sowie Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und Motorräder sind ebenfalls direkt auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Werte Gäste, gern begrüßen wir sie in unserem Haus. Dies steht am Dorfrand, angrenzend Wiese und Feld., vorbeiführend der Malerweg und doch zentral gelegen zur Gaststätte, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bushaltestelle und kleinen Museen. (ca. 2 min. entfernt). Zur ebenerdig, seperat gelegenen Ferienwohnung führt eine kleine Eingangsterrasse. Sie Ferienwohnung bietet die Möglichkeit unter einem Sonnendach zu entspannen und ihre Mahlzeiten einzunehmen. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 bis 3 Personen, besteht aus einem Wohn- Schlafzimmer, Einzelzimmer, Küche und Bad.
Frühstück in benachbarter Pension möglich.
Für Kinder ist unser Haus ideal geeignet. Neben Reisebett und Kinderstühlchen können Sie von uns auch Spielsachen erhalten. Ihr vierbeiniges Familienmitglied ist bei uns ebenfalls willkommen.
