Wohnen in einem der geschichtsträchtigsten Häuser Schmilkas, dem besonderen Ortsteil von Bad Schandau.
Das mondäne, im edlen Bäderstil liebevoll denkmalgerecht sanierte Gebäude ist benannt nach der Tochter des ehemaligen Besitzers, Rudolf Hering. Dieser bewirtschaftete seinerzeit auch das im Haus befindliche Cafe Richter.
Die zwei nach besten baubiologischen Erkenntnissen renovierten Premium-Apartments lassen keine Wünsche offen für den Urlaub im Elbsandsteingebirge. Wo sich der Malerweg zum Wandern und der Elberadweg kreuzen und das historische Fährschiff "Lena" anlegt, bietet das Haus einen 360° Rundblick auf Berge und Wasser.

The vacation home facing to the south is in the ground floor of our timber building. There is a separate entrance through the garden, where also seatings can be found.

At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. Our 200 years old and beautifully reorganized 3-sides-holiday farm (secluded situation, panorama view) offers 2 well furnished vacation homes. Family-friendly, for rainy days a play barn with ping-pong table, badminton and Dart is available. Renting possible throughout the whole year. 1 vacation home offers 76 square meter (holidays object 1 per day starting from 68 Euro), 1 dwelling, 2 sleep areas, 4 to 6 persons, sauna (4 Euro per Pers.) 1 vacation home 52 square meter (holidays object 2 per day starting from 44 Euro), 1 dwelling, 1 sleep area, 2 to 4 persons, medical massages and Yoga are possible.

Wir laden Sie herzlich ein in unsere Ferienwohnung nach Prossen an der Elbe in der Sächsischen Schweiz. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt am Elberadweg, am Fuße des Lilienstein. Prossen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu allen bekannten Wander- und Ausflugszielen.
Der Kurort Bad Schandau ist ca. 3km von uns entfernt. Genießen Sie die Natur- und Felsenlandschaft der Sächsischen Schweiz, oder erleben Sie bei einer Dampferfahrt das Elbtal. Der Elberadweg bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten für Radtouren, auch bis in die Böhmische Schweiz.

Wonderful hiking and climbing routes into Saxon Switzerland, interesting leisure offers in the closer environment like e.g. a visit of the castles in Stolpen and Hohnstein, fortress Königstein or the primeval times park, in addition daily trips to Dresden, Pillnitz or Meißen as well as a trip to the Czech Republic guarantee a experience-rich and interesting stay.

Our house is located in a central yet very quiet location in the town Wehlen. Shopping possibilities and the steamboat pier can be reached within 3-5 min by walking. The apartments are located on the first floor, equipped in a comfortable and contemporary design and rated with 3 stars. The larger apartment has a balcony with a nice view on the landscape. Guests taking the smaller apartment are allowed to use the seats in our garden. The house is located in a quiet residential street where the kids can play around the house safely.
