Unser etwa 28m² großer Nichtraucher-Bungalow am Ortseingang von Stadt Wehlen OT Pötzscha bietet Platz für 2 Personen und steht Ihnen von April bis Oktober zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude befindet sich im unteren Teil eines 2.600m² großen, am Hang gelegenen Grundstücks, etwa 60m vom Haus der Vermieter entfernt. Der Bungalow, am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der nahen Umgebung, aber auch für ausgedehnte Touren in die hintere Sächsische Schweiz oder nach Böhmen. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle ist in 5 min erreichbar und der Elberadweg verläuft fast direkt am Haus vorbei...

Our facility is directly located at the Elbe with view on the town Wehlen and the Saxon Switzerland. The house was built in 1868 by a shipowner and an owner of a quarry and was later renovated in 1997.

The private hotel is directly at the large city park and next to the spa and pool area "Mariba", making the Parkhotel Neustadt a perfect choice for an individual and relaxed vacation. All rooms are equipped with a bath, shower, WC, SAT-TV, radio with alarm clock, a desk and telephone. Unser Feriendomizil ist ruhig gelegen mit Gondelteich und Kinderspielanlage im Garten mit Trampolin und Outdoortischtennisplatte. Ausflüge ins Kirnitzschtal zum Lichtenhainer Wasserfall, Kuhstall, in den Nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz sind direkt ab Unterkunft möglich. Der großzügig angelegte Garten mit Grillplatz und mehreren kleinen Sitzgruppen lädt zur Entspannung ein.
Insgesamt sind 3 Ferienwohnungen im Objekt vorhanden. Fewo 1 EG/ 70qm mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Terrasse / 2 Schlafzimmern. Fewo 2 EG/ 45qm mit Balkon / 1 Schlafzimmer. Fewo 3 im I. OG/ 58qm mit Balkon / 2 Schlafzimmern.

Several separate units of approx. 100 sqm large and terraced comfort stands with electric hook-ups for 7 caravans. 6 camping tents can be set on the meadow. Modern equipped sanitary building (single baths with shower, WC and washing place) and a summer kitchen are present.
