The Parkhotel, located amidst a grand park next to the Elbe promenade of the idyllic spa Bad Schandau and rich in tradition, is looking forward to your visit. Due to its unique position in the heart of Saxon Switzerland, the hotel is ideal for recreation and relaxation. At the same time it’s the perfect starting point for all of your holiday activities.
The architectural ensemble of the Parkhotel is characterised by two lovingly restored villas and the relocated building of the "Residenz Elbblick". Altogether they form a perfect composition of history and modernity. The in room amenities of the 73 modern rooms include a shower or a bathroom, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and Internet. There is an elevator to every floor.

At the outskirts of the national park Saxon Switzerland, directly at the base of the Lilienstein, we offer in very calm situation a Holiday flat (70sqm) for 2-7 persons starting from 80, - €/day. It consists of 2 Doppelzimmer with 2 separate Shower/WC, 2 additional beds possible, 1 living room with radio, TV, telephone, complete kitchen, central heating, terrace with BBQ possibility, parking lot at the house, restaurant 150m away. Holiday flat is very well suitable for family with children or for married couples. Favorable starting point for trips into the Saxon Switzerland, to Dresden it is 40km which takes just 45minutes with rapid-transit railway.

The family-led land hotel is situated in the municipality Gohrisch. Hiking and groups of seniors are cordially welcome with good discounts on groups. Organization of day schedules, BBQ and much more. Friendly service in our restaurant with fresh regional kitchen. Seasonal change of menu before Easter time (visible on our homepage). On public holidays there will be an additional menu with breakfast buffet and half-board with 3 course meal with 2 choosable main courses. If desired we prepare lunch packets for you.
Our 28 guest rooms are all equipped with Shower/WC, SAT-TV and telephone.

No problem, because we have 2 vacation homes with space for 4 persons each, with 1 possible addional bed.
Our vacation homes lies in the center of Saxon Switzerland directly in „Prossner Gründel" valley. The Elbe, the Elbradweg bike route and the sandstone are close and thus invite for sporty activities, (water sport, bike tours, climbing and hiking).

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. It is just the multifaceted nature of the landscapes which assures that the entire family will never be bored. The walking paths range from easy and flat to very steep and varied for more adventure. At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. Sie erwachen mit Vogelgezwitscher und der Bäcker bringt auf Wunsch frische Brötchen bis an die Tür. Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer(Sat-TV,Radio), Küchenzeile (mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kl.Backofen) und einem WC mit Dusche. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Ihr Auto parkt direkt am Haus. Unser Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Wander- Kletter- oder Radtouren.
