Do you have desire spending your holidays in a barn? We integrated an individual 2 level vacation home carefully into the existing basic fabric. Built with natural materials as plenty as possible, each area is designed and in coordination according to regional structures. The vacation home is brightly, friendly and overall generously proportioned, for friends, pairs and families. Different areas for common activities, games and discussions, or just to withdraw from any stress. In addition there is a play barn with a large sandpit, ping-pong, Dart,… a large meadow with a fire place. From the apartment you have a beautiful view on the Schrammsteine, the Falkenstein… meadows and forest. We would be glad to accommodate you!

We offer a comfortable holiday apartment (55 sqm) for 2-4 persons in the district Pfaffendorf of the town Königstein, located in a quiet yet central location. On request we can provide you with a second bedroom. Ideal for organizing a family holiday including excellent hiking opportunities and trips to bigger cities, such as Dresden, Meissen and Prague, which all can be easily reached by car, tram or boat. The holiday house lies on a former barnyard in the municipality Lohmen. On our property we still do agriculture to a small extent, while you can enjoy our farm animals. Our property is in the middle of the village at a very calm road.
The holiday house consists of 3 vacation homes for 2-4 persons (additional beds possible). All dwellings are equipped with Sat TV. Towels and bedlinen are inclusive. The renting is possible during the whole year. Moreover we have a terrace with BBQ possibility and parking lots.
