Our house is situated in a more elevated quarter of Bad Schandau.
We offer one friendly furnished vacation home for 2-3 persons. It is an ideal starting point for hikes into the mountain world of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland.

In Saxon Switzerland the hotel Albrechtshof is a good choice for a well and cheap vacation, celebrating or recovering in the calm nature. Very well suited for groups of all kinds. Situated in its own forest park on a light hill in the air health resort Gohrisch the atmosphere is calm and recreative. Königstein and Bad Schandau are both only 3km away. The next larger places are Pirna and Dresden. Use the advantages of Saxon Switzerland with its wonderful look-outs, over 1200 km signposted hiking trails and over 120 sights of baroque which can be seen on a steamboat trip. Or you follow the traces of historical Dresden with its rebuild Church of Our Lady, or get inspired by visiting a performance in the Semper opera or one of the many attractive museums. Of course the modern Dresden is really quite worth a visit as well.

Do you have desire spending your holidays in a barn? We integrated an individual 2 level vacation home carefully into the existing basic fabric. Built with natural materials as plenty as possible, each area is designed and in coordination according to regional structures. The vacation home is brightly, friendly and overall generously proportioned, for friends, pairs and families. Different areas for common activities, games and discussions, or just to withdraw from any stress. In addition there is a play barn with a large sandpit, ping-pong, Dart,… a large meadow with a fire place. From the apartment you have a beautiful view on the Schrammsteine, the Falkenstein… meadows and forest. We would be glad to accommodate you!

Das idyllisch, ruhig gelegene Papstdorf ist ein Ortsteil des Luftkurortes Gohrisch und liegt auf einer Hochebene inmitten der Sächsischen Schweiz. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Sächsische und Böhmische Schweiz.

Die Apartments sind auch kombinierbar mit unserer benachbarten Pension wo es auch Frühstück gibt was man dazu buchen kann.

Desire for a vacation with friends? Then you should visit our holiday barn. At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. We offer a comfortable holiday apartment (55 sqm) for 2-4 persons in the district Pfaffendorf of the town Königstein, located in a quiet yet central location. On request we can provide you with a second bedroom. Ideal for organizing a family holiday including excellent hiking opportunities and trips to bigger cities, such as Dresden, Meissen and Prague, which all can be easily reached by car, tram or boat. On cold days, a visit to the thermal baths in the town Bad Schandau is a very nice alternative. Prices: 2 persons 36€, 3 persons 48€, 4 persons 56€

Saupsdorf, a local part of the municipality Kirnitzschtal, is in the middle of delightful hiking and trip destinies at the base of the Wachberg mountain.
Start your hikes from our house into the back country of Saxon Switzerland and into Bohemian Switzerland. You will be rewarded with wonderful panoramic views on idylic landscapes and bizarre sandstone rocks.

Enjoy the modern, rural flair in our 3 new comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.

Our comfortable holiday house is in a calm, sunny situation. Kitchen is completely equipped. Sat TV, bedlinen, hand and showering cloths are available. Parking lot at the house. Child-friendly - playground on property. Animals please on request.
