In the delightful landscape of the Elbe Sandstone Mountainss our family-led pension in calm situation lies at the local outskirts of Weißig, framed by Lilienstein, Königstein, Rauenstein and Bastei. Our historical three-sided yard from the year 1890 offers all comfort to you for a calm, recreational and varied stay. Lovingly furnished guest rooms in the country house style with TV, a large breakfast and guest room as well as the guest kitchen are available for you. In the middle of a sea of blooms on our historical farmer garden you can have a wonderful rest and enjoy the view to the Lilienstein.

Our holiday flat and guestrooms are located in a calm position, near a forest, at the end of the village Prossen.
Our vacation rentals are usually preferred by little groups, families but as well by single travellers. For guests who come by car we have enough parking space available.
Our house also includes a renting service for bikes, cars and minibusses. The ones who favor a more adventurous exploration of the surrounding area we offer four-wheelers for rent.

Almost 150 years ago, the "Lichtenhainer Wasserfall" was already one of the earliest famous features of the Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) and was the setting-off point for the first hikers who wandered on the "tourist paths" through this unique, beautiful region. The guesthouse, built in Swiss style in 1852, was, until the beginning of the 20th century, annexed to a chair-lift, pack-animal and guide´s station, so tha, to avoid the "terrible strain" of an ascent to the cow-shed, you could let yourself be carried up in the chair-lift by 2 carriers.

The intimate house was restored costly until 2001. You find here modern dwellings with complete comfort. The use of natural wood and stone gives a suitable ambience to the house. A visit of our approx. 3 ha large property with strewing fruit meadows, firs and old trees is a great experience for the kids. Balconies and terraces invite to relax. Even evenings at the campfire are possible. On rainy days or in the winter you will enjoy natatorium and sauna.

In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. The climbs in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are legendary, leading you along the cliff top, which are equipped with iron ladders and steps.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Die modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung Ikkuna befindet sich in zentraler Lage ( 10 min. bis zum Bahnhof, Schiff, Bus, Bahn, Fähre und Kanu-Aktiv Tours). Von der Ferienwohnung hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Festung und den Lilienstein.
Zum Freizeitland Königstein laufen Sie ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten. Selbstverständlich können Sie den Garten und die Sitzecke für Lagerfeuer und Grill nutzen. Für die Kinder stehen eine Schaukel und eine Wippe zur Verfügung.
