Our house is an in calm location at the forest and offers a unique view on the rock world of Saxon Switzerland. Friendly furnished rooms in the cosy ambience await you for a recreative vacation. Our rooms have shower/WC/TV, partly balcony and the apartment roof terrace. Approx. only 8 minutes walking to the Elbe wheer are the piers and rapid-transit railway connection. The art city Dresden can be reached in 35 minutes and the health resort Bad Schandau just after two stops. Bohemian Switzerland can also be approached comfortably with this railway line.

The hotel "Golden Linden" was built newly in the place of a former hunting lodge, that used to be a property of the Thun Family. Its facilities can satisfy even the most demanding costumers. Direkt an der Elbe in der Touristenstadt Stadt Wehlen befindet sich die Villa Elbestrand inmitten der einzigartigen Landschaft der Sächsischen Schweiz. Unmittelbar neben dem Haus fließt der Wilkebach, welcher den Weg zu einer der schönsten Aussichtspunkte, der Wilkeaussicht sowie dem Steinbruchpfad weist. Durch die Nähe zur Elbe bietet sich ein wunderschönes Panorama, welches vom Balkon oder Garten bestaunt werden kann.
Die Stadt Wehlen dient als idealer Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Sächsischen Schweiz. Der direkt vor dem Haus liegende Elberadweg führt Sie dabei auf entspanntem Wege zu sämtlichen Zielen und Abenteuern im Elbsandsteingebirge. Gut zu erreichen sind von hier unter anderem Prag, Dresden, Meißen, Radebeul oder das Osterzgebirge.

Our vacation homes lies in the center of Saxon Switzerland directly in „Prossner Gründel" valley. The Elbe, the Elbradweg bike route and the sandstone are close and thus invite for sporty activities, (water sport, bike tours, climbing and hiking).
