Our Apartment is located in an new living house. It is central und quiet situated at the foot of the mountain Pfaffenstein.
From here you may like to enjoy the beautyful view over fortress Königstein and the rock needle of mountain Pfaffenstein. You also can hike both from our place.
The village Pfaffendorf and its surroundings are excellent for lovely walks and great hikes. It is also a good starting point for trips to Dresden, Stolpen or The Tschech Republik.
We rent out the apartment all year through for at least 3 nights.

Desire for a vacation with friends? Then you should visit our holiday barn. At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. Unsere individuell und komplett neu ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (50 qm) für 2 Personen (Aufbettung über Schlafcouch möglich) befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang, umgeben von viel Grün und Blick auf die umliegenden Tafelberge.
Für weitere zwei Personen steht in der oberen Etage (+25qm) des Hauses (über eine Innentreppe erreichbar) ein weiteres Schlafzimmer sowie ein größeres Bad mit WC, Wanne und Dusche zur Verfügung.
Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt am Malerweg.

Our non-smoking apartment offers comfort and relaxation. It is in a quiet area, at ground level and has a separate entrance. With two bedrooms and a kitchen, it is very suitable for both couples and families.
In less than 5 minutes you are in the forest and there are many opportunities for beautiful hikes or short walks around. On the terrace with barbecue and view on the Zschirnstein or at the fireplace you can conclude the (hiking) day comfortably.

WALTERSDORF is situated in the heart of Sächsische Schweiz National Park. From here you can easily wander to many landmarks of the National Park like: the BASTEI, the town KURORT RATHEN, LILIENSTEIN, KÖNIGSTEIN, as well as to the beautiful valley of the river POLENZ.
Each of our four apartments are equipped with: a small kitchen, private bath, and satellite TV. Each unit also has an outdoor sitting area (patio or gazebo). Courtyard parking is included.
You are also invited to use our playground, fire pit and BBQ area. In the village are horse, cows, et cetera.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Visit our idyllic and calm holiday house with mountain view and pure nature. You will relax undisturbed in a separate vacation house with private property. Even your children will love this place, as the holiday house is far from traffic roads.
For a active recreation like hiking or climbing, our holiday house is central starting point. The near-by " Toscana thermae" (Wellness bath) in Bad Schandau as well as other recreation offerings are also highly regarded destinies.

Our 4 stars guesthouse with 3 dwellings lies in the middle of Saxon Switzerland. All dwellings are completely furnished. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. You have a view on the fortress Königstein and the Pfaffenstein. Moreover our garden with beautiful meadow invites to relax.

Enjoy the modern, rural flair in our 3 new comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.
