Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Sie erzählen Geschichten von Spanien über China, von Indien bis Japan, individuell & einmalig. In 8 Tagen um die Welt!

Our house is directly on the bank of the Elbe in the town Wehlen, calm although central situated and oriented to the south. From our terrace and the vacation rooms you have a fantastic view on the Elbe, the rock formations of the Bastei the famous sandstone area "Weiße Brüche".
For a recreative vacation in Saxon Switzerland we offer you two vacation homes and two appartements for 2 to 3 persons. The two vacation homes are in the 1st floor and the appartements in the top floor of our house.

The vacation home facing to the south is in the ground floor of our timber building. There is a separate entrance through the garden, where also seatings can be found.

Cosy lounge with SAT-TV and mini kitchen. Ideally also for small groups and families with children. Central starting point for many beautiful hikes and trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Cosy terrace with view on the mountains and BBQ possibility.
If desired breakfast or roll service is possible. On our yard there are to 2 ponies, cats and chickens. You can bring along your pet as well. Renting possible during the whole year.

Our holidays yard is a nonsmoker house in calm and green location at the "Malerweg". A cosy terrace with view to the Papststein, a playground for children, ping-pong table, sand box, swing, junglegym and chute are present.
We have double rooms and vacation homes with one or two sleep areas (each with Shower/WC). Gladly we organize your celebration. The offerings in our area reach from hiking and climbing routes, ship trips up to city, castle and fortress visitations.

The holiday house lies on a former barnyard in the municipality Lohmen. On our property we still do agriculture to a small extent, while you can enjoy our farm animals. Our property is in the middle of the village at a very calm road.
The holiday house consists of 3 vacation homes for 2-4 persons (additional beds possible). All dwellings are equipped with Sat TV. Towels and bedlinen are inclusive. The renting is possible during the whole year. Moreover we have a terrace with BBQ possibility and parking lots.

Our holiday house has 2 bedrooms, 2 Showers/WC, separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. In front of the holiday house is a cosy lounge and in the garden a fire place. Parking on property is possible.

Wir laden Sie ein in unser Ferienhaus in Rathmannsdorf OT Höhe im Herzen der Sächsischen Schweiz. Rathmannsdorf ist ein kleiner idyllischer Ort und grenzt direkt an den Kurort Bad Schandau. Die zentrale Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu allen bekannten Wander- und Ausflugszielen der Sächsischen Schweiz. Bis zum Grenzübergang nach Tschechien sind es ca.10 km. In Bad Schandau befinden sich die Anlegestellen der Elbschiffahrt und der Bahnhof. Im S-Bahn-Verkehr erreichen Sie auch in kurzer Zeit die Kunststadt Dresden.
Unser Ferienhaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Duschen/WC; sep. Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc. Vor dem FH befindet sich eine gemütliche Sitzecke und im Garten eine Feuerstelle. Parken im Grundstück ist möglich.
Pro Belegung werden 40 € Endreinigung fällig. Kleine Vierbeiner kosten pro Nacht 5€ extra.

Das Kirnitzschtal gehört zu den schönsten Tallandschaften im Nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz.
Es führt von Bad Schandau flussaufwärts bis nach Hinterhermsdorf und ins Böhmische, wo die Kirnitzsch entspringt.
Bei uns im Forsthaus sind Sie mittendrin und können direkt vom Hotel aus zu Wanderungen in alle Himmelsrichtungen starten. Der berühmte Malerweg gehört dazu. Mit Wanderbus und Kirnitzschtalbahn, die direkt am Haus halten, gelangen Sie zu vielen weiteren Ausflugszielen und natürlich ins nahe Bad Schandau (ca. 4 km) mit Anschluss an Schiff und Bahn und zu allen anderen Highlights der Region. Ihrem Auto könnten Sie also getrost auch etwas „Urlaub“ gönnen.

Our approx. 60 sqm large vacation home is on a calm property in the ground floor and approachable over a separate entrance. The sunny meadow, the small children playground with sand box, chute, swing and the campfire place are particularly well suitable for our guests with children. In the evening you can finish your eventful days on our terrace with BBQ or at the campfire place. You can leave your car on a parking lot at the house. The regional train station Lohmen is about 10 minutes walking away. Pets on request.

Unser Feriendomizil ist ruhig gelegen mit Gondelteich und Kinderspielanlage im Garten mit Trampolin und Outdoortischtennisplatte. Ausflüge ins Kirnitzschtal zum Lichtenhainer Wasserfall, Kuhstall, in den Nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz sind direkt ab Unterkunft möglich. Der großzügig angelegte Garten mit Grillplatz und mehreren kleinen Sitzgruppen lädt zur Entspannung ein.
Insgesamt sind 3 Ferienwohnungen im Objekt vorhanden. Fewo 1 EG/ 70qm mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Terrasse / 2 Schlafzimmern. Fewo 2 EG/ 45qm mit Balkon / 1 Schlafzimmer. Fewo 3 im I. OG/ 58qm mit Balkon / 2 Schlafzimmern.
