We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. Die Wohnung ist nahe am Waldrand gelegen. Von hier sind schöne Wanderungen, auch ohne das Auto zu benutzen, möglich. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich die Festung Königstein, der Pfaffenstein und das Wander- und Klettergebiet Bielatal/Ottomühle.
Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Felsenlabyrinth Langenhennersdorf ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel.
Die Böhmische Schweiz ist von uns leicht zu erreichen. Sie können hier den höchsten Berg des Elbsandsteingebirges (Hoher Schneeberg) oder die Tyssaer Wände erwandern.
In Königstein befindet sich auch die Anlegestelle der Elbdampfer.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Gehöfts direkt an der Elbe und ist mit ca. 63qm für 2-4 Personen geeignet. Ihnen stehen zur Verfügung, ein Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, ein Wohnraum mit TV und einer Couch, eine Wohnküche mit Essecke, ein Bad mit DU/WC und Wanne. Weiterhin stehen ein Freisitz im Garten des Bauerngehöftes, Parkplätze, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Endreinigung inklusive bereit. Zur Altstadt benötigen Sie zu Fuss 5min mit Nutzung der Fähre, oder 15min über die alte Elbbrücke. Die letzte Renovierung wurde für unsere Gäste im Jahr 2014 vorgenommen.

Wir laden Sie herzlich ein in unsere Ferienwohnung nach Prossen an der Elbe in der Sächsischen Schweiz. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt am Elberadweg, am Fuße des Lilienstein. Prossen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zu allen bekannten Wander- und Ausflugszielen.
Der Kurort Bad Schandau ist ca. 3km von uns entfernt. Genießen Sie die Natur- und Felsenlandschaft der Sächsischen Schweiz, oder erleben Sie bei einer Dampferfahrt das Elbtal. Der Elberadweg bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten für Radtouren, auch bis in die Böhmische Schweiz.
