Our comfortable and newly furnished apartment with 57 sqm of living space impresses with a spacious living / dining room with an integrated corner kitchen and a bright, large bathroom with a shower and basin. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wardrobe.
In the big yard, a barbeque area awaits right in front of the Apartment.
It's just lovely to sit there on a warm evening when the sun goes down. On colder evenings you can relax in front of the fireplace.

The private hotel is directly at the large city park and next to the spa and pool area "Mariba", making the Parkhotel Neustadt a perfect choice for an individual and relaxed vacation. Do you have desire spending your holidays in a barn? We integrated an individual 2 level vacation home carefully into the existing basic fabric. Built with natural materials as plenty as possible, each area is designed and in coordination according to regional structures. The vacation home is brightly, friendly and overall generously proportioned, for friends, pairs and families. Different areas for common activities, games and discussions, or just to withdraw from any stress. In addition there is a play barn with a large sandpit, ping-pong, Dart,… a large meadow with a fire place. From the apartment you have a beautiful view on the Schrammsteine, the Falkenstein… meadows and forest. We would be glad to accommodate you!

Surrounded by nature, Apartmenthaus Saxonia is set in a beautiful historic building just 400 m from the center of Bad Schandau. It a spacious terrace and free wired internet. The country-style apartments come with free WiFi, satellite TV and a living room with sofas. Each one is stylishly decorated with chandeliers and elegant antiques, and they all come with either a balcony or a terrace.
Guests can prepare food in the fully equipped modern kitchen, which also features a small dining area. On sunny days, guests are free to enjoy the barbecue facilities on the terrace.

Die Villa aus den 30er Jahren des vorigen Jahrhunderts war einst das mondäne Wohnhaus des ehemaligen Bürgermeisters Arno Hohlfeld.
Heute sind hier zwei Etagenwohnungen für je bis zu 4 Personen mit dem berühmten "Dolomitenblick" zu den Schrammsteinen. Das stilsichere Haus mit seinen ausladenden überdachten Balkonen und den traditionellen Fensterläden ist umfangreich möbliert mit voll ausgestatteten Küchen, sonnigem Wohnzimmer und separaten Schlafzimmern sowie eingebettet in einen Rosengarten mit Liegewiese und eigenem Elbestrand.
