Ferienhof zur Linde: Look forward to a family-friendly vacation domicile in our 4-sides-holiday farm. Our holiday yard is a non-smoker house in a calm and wooded location at the Malerweg hiking route. A cosy terrace with view towards the Papststein is accessible for all guests. For children we have a playground with ping-pong table, sand box, swing, junglegym and chute.
We have double rooms and vacation homes with one or two sleep areas (each with Shower and WC).
Gladly we organize your celebration. The offers in our area reach from hiking and climbing routes, ship trips up to town, castle and castle visitations.

Almost 150 years ago, the "Lichtenhainer Wasserfall" was already one of the earliest famous features of the Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) and was the setting-off point for the first hikers who wandered on the "tourist paths" through this unique, beautiful region. The guesthouse, built in Swiss style in 1852, was, until the beginning of the 20th century, annexed to a chair-lift, pack-animal and guide´s station, so tha, to avoid the "terrible strain" of an ascent to the cow-shed, you could let yourself be carried up in the chair-lift by 2 carriers.

Family-led pension, rooms at ground level, breakfast area with view to the Elbe and the Schrammsteine, 3000 square meter flower garden, direct location at the walking route “Sonnenuhrenweg”, good connection to public transportation .

Our cozy holiday home is located in a quiet but central location between the towns Bad Schandau and Sebnitz, on the ridge between the valleys of the rivers Kirnitzsch and Sebnitz. The location offers opportunities for beautiful long hikes, which start nearby our accomodation. In close proximity is the Panoramaweg trail, running from Bad Schandau through the villages Mittelndorf, Lichtenhain and Saupsdorf, where is also a very popular part of the Malerweg trail. We do rent in the months from April to October. We are looking forward to your visit!

Hier sind Sie auch ohne Auto mobil, denn Bus, Bahn und Schiff erreichen Sie beqem zu Fuß. Auch Wanderungen können Sie von Ihrer Ferienwohnung aus starten. Neben dem Königstein sind auch der Pfaffenstein, der Quirl und der Lilienstein mit Halbtageswanderungen zu erkunden. Der Malerweg führt direkt an unserer Tür vorbei.

Our 4 stars guesthouse with 3 dwellings lies in the middle of Saxon Switzerland. All dwellings are completely furnished. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. You have a view on the fortress Königstein and the Pfaffenstein. Moreover our garden with beautiful meadow invites to relax.

Our facility is directly located at the Elbe with view on the town Wehlen and the Saxon Switzerland. The house was built in 1868 by a shipowner and an owner of a quarry and was later renovated in 1997.
