Our holiday flat and guestrooms are located in a calm position, near a forest, at the end of the village Prossen.
Our vacation rentals are usually preferred by little groups, families but as well by single travellers. For guests who come by car we have enough parking space available.
Our house also includes a renting service for bikes, cars and minibusses. The ones who favor a more adventurous exploration of the surrounding area we offer four-wheelers for rent.

Es führt von Bad Schandau flussaufwärts bis nach Hinterhermsdorf und ins Böhmische, wo die Kirnitzsch entspringt.
Bei uns im Forsthaus sind Sie mittendrin und können direkt vom Hotel aus zu Wanderungen in alle Himmelsrichtungen starten. Der berühmte Malerweg gehört dazu. Mit Wanderbus und Kirnitzschtalbahn, die direkt am Haus halten, gelangen Sie zu vielen weiteren Ausflugszielen und natürlich ins nahe Bad Schandau (ca. 4 km) mit Anschluss an Schiff und Bahn und zu allen anderen Highlights der Region. Ihrem Auto könnten Sie also getrost auch etwas „Urlaub“ gönnen.

The art city Dresden can be reached in 35 minutes and the health resort Bad Schandau just after two stops. Bohemian Switzerland can also be approached comfortably with this railway line.

Das mondäne, im edlen Bäderstil liebevoll denkmalgerecht sanierte Gebäude ist benannt nach der Tochter des ehemaligen Besitzers, Rudolf Hering. Dieser bewirtschaftete seinerzeit auch das im Haus befindliche Cafe Richter.
Die zwei nach besten baubiologischen Erkenntnissen renovierten Premium-Apartments lassen keine Wünsche offen für den Urlaub im Elbsandsteingebirge. Our house is located in a central yet very quiet location in the town Wehlen. Shopping possibilities and the steamboat pier can be reached within 3-5 min by walking. The apartments are located on the first floor, equipped in a comfortable and contemporary design and rated with 3 stars. The larger apartment has a balcony with a nice view on the landscape. Guests taking the smaller apartment are allowed to use the seats in our garden. The house is located in a quiet residential street where the kids can play around the house safely.
