Our house in Mittendorf in the municipality Kirnitzschtal is an ideal starting point for walking, climbing and bike tours in the Saxonian and Bohemian Switzerland. Hiking trails starting near our house lead to the Kirnitzschtal, the Lichtenhainer waterfall, to the Kuhstall, the Schrammsteine and the Affensteine. A vacation home and a holiday house with 4 beds each (both 2 bedrooms) can be booked. A daily roll service is possible. We are looking forward to your visit!

Unser Haus ist sowohl idealer Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungsreisen durch das Elbsandsteingebirge, als auch Ruhepol für entspannte Stunden. Auch Ausflüge nach Dresden oder ins tschechische Nachbarland, z. Bsp. nach Prag, sind von hier aus gut möglich.
Keine 5 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Dorfladen/Imbiss, bei dem Sie ab 06:30 Uhr frische Bäckerbrötchen und vieles mehr kaufen oder auch gemütlich frühstücken können

Our quiet apartment is located in an idyllic setting with a boating pond and offers ideal conditions for a relaxed holiday in the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Trips to the Kirnitzschtal valley, the Lichtenhainer waterfall or to the Kuhstall rock arc, just to name a few options, are all highly recommended. Furthermore a trip to the capital city Dresden is also a nice alternative. Nevertheless here you can relax in a “play barn” with table tennis and a swimming pool. Our village has three restaurants, of which one even has with a bowling alley.

Desire for a vacation with friends? Then you should visit our holiday barn. At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. Zu unserem Ferienobjekt gehört noch ein Bungalow mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern, kleiner Küche und Aufenthaltsraum. Das Grundstück befindet sich direkt im romantischen Kirnitzschtal in ruhiger Lage am Wasser und bietet ideale Bedingungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Mit der historischen Kirnitzschtalbahn kommen Sie bequem durch das Kirnitzschtal bis zum Lichtenhainer Wasserfall und zu anderen Ausgangspunkten für interessante Wanderungen durch die einzigartige Natur und Felsenwelt. In Bad Schandau haben Sie gute Anbindungen zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wie Bus, S-Bahn und Elbschiffahrt. Das Zentrum von Bad Schandau erreichen Sie von uns aus in ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing.
