Welcome to the village Waltersdorf, a borough of the town Bad Schandau. Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. For climbing and hiking tours, our house is an ideal starting point.

Our comfortably furnished holiday accommodations will be a great and safe experience. Enjoy the beautiful bank promenades of the town with an extensive walk or with hikes into the closer environment. With the ferry you can reach easily the other river bank, where you can visit for example the fortress Königstein…

Wir bieten Ihnen 2 Ferienwohnungen für je 2 Personen in ruhiger und sonniger Lage in Pfaffendorf mit Blick zum Pfaffenstein mit Barbarine und zur Festung Königstein. Die Wohnungen besitzen beide jeweils einen sep. Eingang. Autostellplätze und WLAN sind vorhanden. Wir vermieten von April bis Oktober!

In dieser mühevoll und mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierten alten Bauernscheune erwarten Sie vier komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen für je 3-5 Personen. Nach Ihren Tagestouren durch die Sächsische Schweiz und durch das Elbsandsteingebirge lädt eine überdachte Sitzecke mit Grillmöglichkeit zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Vom Haus können Sie direkt loswandern - die Rathener Felsen sowie den imposanten Lilienstein erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten.

Several separate units of approx. 100 sqm large and terraced comfort stands with electric hook-ups for 7 caravans. 6 camping tents can be set on the meadow. Modern equipped sanitary building (single baths with shower, WC and washing place) and a summer kitchen are present.
You can use our recreation room on request.

You live in a comfortable vacation home, which is equipped for 2 the persons. It has a modern heating, telephone and a SAT-TV. The vacation home can be used from May to October. Of course a Carport is present. In good weather the meadow and a pavilion with BBQ possibility can be used. Furthermore also a summer-house is available. Bedlinen and towels belong also to the equipment. Our vacation home is an ideal point of expeditions of all kinds: bike, hiking and tours in the region of the Bielatal as well as the entire Saxon Switzerland. A bus stop of the line to Königstein is only 3 minutes away. The city Königstein (10km away) is a popular point to start trips on the Elbe to Dresden and Czech Republic.

House situated at the forest, very calm, idyllic location with large meadow. Various seats under trees. Cosy recreation rooms. Comfortable equipment.
Morning buffet, pubs, fitness machines, sauna in price included. Many hiking destinies (fortress Königstein, Pfaffenstein etc.) approachable directly from the house. Just 50 minutes to Dresden with the rapid-transit railway.

Our small place is an ideal starting point for hikes to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, as well as for trips to Pirna, Dresden, Meißen,… . Further information can be found on our website.

Almost 150 years ago, the "Lichtenhainer Wasserfall" was already one of the earliest famous features of the Sächsische Schweiz (Saxon Switzerland) and was the setting-off point for the first hikers who wandered on the "tourist paths" through this unique, beautiful region. The guesthouse, built in Swiss style in 1852, was, until the beginning of the 20th century, annexed to a chair-lift, pack-animal and guide´s station, so tha, to avoid the "terrible strain" of an ascent to the cow-shed, you could let yourself be carried up in the chair-lift by 2 carriers.

Käthes Sommerhaus – das Kleinod in Schöna, mitten im Elbsandsteingebirge, angenzend an die Nationalparks Sächsische und Böhmische Schweiz.
Viel Ruhe und Weite, mit Blick auf den Zirkelstein und die Schrammsteine, gibt es viel Platz auf dem eigenen Grundstück mit Spiel- und Liegewiese.
