Die Wohnung ist nahe am Waldrand gelegen. Von hier sind schöne Wanderungen, auch ohne das Auto zu benutzen, möglich. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich die Festung Königstein, der Pfaffenstein und das Wander- und Klettergebiet Bielatal/Ottomühle.
Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Felsenlabyrinth Langenhennersdorf ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel.
Die Böhmische Schweiz ist von uns leicht zu erreichen. Sie können hier den höchsten Berg des Elbsandsteingebirges (Hoher Schneeberg) oder die Tyssaer Wände erwandern.
In Königstein befindet sich auch die Anlegestelle der Elbdampfer.

The next larger places are Pirna and Dresden. Use the advantages of Saxon Switzerland with its wonderful look-outs, over 1200 km signposted hiking trails and over 120 sights of baroque which can be seen on a steamboat trip. Or you follow the traces of historical Dresden with its rebuild Church of Our Lady, or get inspired by visiting a performance in the Semper opera or one of the many attractive museums. Of course the modern Dresden is really quite worth a visit as well.
