The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. It is just the multifaceted nature of the landscapes which assures that the entire family will never be bored. The walking paths range from easy and flat to very steep and varied for more adventure. The climbs in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are legendary, leading you along the cliff top, which are equipped with iron ladders and steps.

Our vacation home was lovingly reconditioned by us. The inviting 50sqm large holiday flat has one separate entrance and can be used by 2 adults and 1 kid. In addition a large dwelling with kitchenette, dinette and lounge, separate bedroom with a bed (180 x 200 cm) and one roll bed (190x 80 cm), as well as a large bath with tub/shower and WC. The dwelling is equipped with radio, television, WLAN, towels and bed linen.
In front of the entrance is a large sheltered terrace, directly at the garden with view to the forest. For the garden 2 sun chairs are available and your car can be parked in the garage.
Baker roll service Monday-Saturday possible. We were certified again in 2007 and received 3 stars.

über eine komplette gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, 2x Dusche und 2x WC, offenen Innenkamin, 2 außenliegende überdachte Terrassen mit schönem freien Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen ebenerdigen Zugang und ist mit Gartennutzung seniorengerecht, aber auch kinderfreundlich. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
Die Wohnung ist allergikergeeignet. Sie ist direkter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen im Nationalpark.

Nur wenige Meter vom Grundstück entfernt beginnen schöne Rad - und Wanderwege in die Sächsische Schweiz. Mit dem PKW sind Sie in wenigen Minuten in Dresden, Pirna, Bad Schandau, Bautzen ...
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Our characteristic framehouse is situated in a cozy, quiet, sunny location and offers an apartment for 2 people (2 additional beds in the bedroom are possible), consisting of a bedroom, a living area with kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, garden and terracce. Pets are welcome (please make announcement in advance). The district Ostrau is located above the town Bad Schandau, in the middle of the Schrammstein area and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes. After a short walk or bus ride you are in the town Bad Schandau, where further options for destinations are available, like a voyage on the river Elbe, a trip to the Bastei rock formation, a trip to the capital Dresden and many more.

Our *** Superior Hotel with its modern and contemporary atmosphere is ideally located in the holiday destination Saxon Switzerland. The private hotel is directly at the large city park and next to the spa and pool area "Mariba", making the Parkhotel Neustadt a perfect choice for an individual and relaxed vacation. All rooms are equipped with a bath, shower, WC, SAT-TV, radio with alarm clock, a desk and telephone. Inside the house we have a wellness area with various treatment rooms, a Finnish sauna and a quiet room.
