Die Pension Bauernhaus Vetter ist ein ehemaliges Wohnstallhaus was vollständig und liebevoll rekonstruiert wurde. Das außergewöhnliche Ambiente des Hauses verfügt über 4 Ferienwohnungen und 5 Doppelzimmer. Im Haus befindet sich ein großes Gewölbe mit Kamin was als Aufenthalts- und Frühstücksraum genutzt wird. Auf unseren Hof gibt es Katzen, Mehrschweinchen und Kaninchen. Das Bauernhaus ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderrungen in der Sächsischen Schweiz.

Beautiful calm, although central vacation home, underneath the Lilienstein with view to the Elbe. 300m away from the pier and ideal starting point for bike trips (Elbradweg) bike renting, parking on property is possible.

Our 4 stars guesthouse with 3 dwellings lies in the middle of Saxon Switzerland. All dwellings are completely furnished. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. You have a view on the fortress Königstein and the Pfaffenstein. Moreover our garden with beautiful meadow invites to relax.

Haus Felsengrund retreat centre is situated around 35 km (approx. 22 miles) from Dresden in the quaint village of Rathen with a direct view of the Elbe river and the famous Bastei, landmark and one of the most breathtaking rock formations of “Saxon Switzerland”. Whether you are in search of a retreat centre for your church week(end) away, a holiday resort for yourself and/or your family, a place to organize a workshop or training seminar in, a ‘base camp’ for climbing, cycling or hiking tours or even a peaceful constant to city-hop from.

Desire for a vacation with friends? Then you should visit our holiday barn. At the base of the Lilienstein at the Elbe, with wonderful view on the fortress, beautiful hiking routes, strewing fruit meadows, sheep, adorable fishing places, campfires, a playground and the famous Elbradweg bike route. For a beautiful time and for recovering after long hikes you find a common room with fire-place, a large kitchen, games area inside the barn for all age groups and a climbing wall. Several separate units of approx. 100 sqm large and terraced comfort stands with electric hook-ups for 7 caravans. 6 camping tents can be set on the meadow. Modern equipped sanitary building (single baths with shower, WC and washing place) and a summer kitchen are present.
You can use our recreation room on request.

The vacation home is convenient and central, situated in the ground level of our house which can be found right behind the hotel "Sigls". Renting possible during the whole year.
When driving on autobahn A17, then take the B172 highway to Bad Schandau (market) and change direction towards Hinterhermsdorf along the river Kirnitzsch until you reach the hotel "Sigls". You are just 300m away from the center (river Elbe).

Welcome to the village Waltersdorf, a borough of the town Bad Schandau. Waltersdorf is located beautifully in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, also known as the Saxon Switzerland.The most popular table mountain of Saxon Switzerland, the Lilienstein, is in close proximity. Likewise alot of other attractions worth visiting are the famous lookout-point Bastei, the health resort Rathen, the Gamrig mountain, the Polenztal valley and of course the town Bad Schandau. For climbing and hiking tours, our house is an ideal starting point.
