Our non-smoking apartment offers comfort and relaxation. It is in a quiet area, at ground level and has a separate entrance. With two bedrooms and a kitchen, it is very suitable for both couples and families.
In less than 5 minutes you are in the forest and there are many opportunities for beautiful hikes or short walks around. On the terrace with barbecue and view on the Zschirnstein or at the fireplace you can conclude the (hiking) day comfortably.

Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Located 180 meters above a deep sandstone canyon of the river Elbe, between Děčín and the border checkpoint of Hřensko, is a terrace built at the beginning of the 18th century. There is an amazing bird’s eye view from The Belveder. You can see the Elbe canyon, a huge valley surrounded by high rocks with the Elbe River flowing through. In the summertime, at evenings, when the sky is painted with so many beautiful colors, it’s a magical place. Adjacent to this terrace is a Hotel which shares the same name as the vista – Belveder. The surrounding countryside is favorite place for walkers and all around there are excellent places for mountaineering. From there you can easily reach the popular beauty-spot of Soutěsky and the world-famous Pravčická brána.

Our comfortably furnished holiday accommodations will be a great and safe experience. Enjoy the beautiful bank promenades of the town with an extensive walk or with hikes into the closer environment. With the ferry you can reach easily the other river bank, where you can visit for example the fortress Königstein…

If desired breakfast or roll service is possible. On our yard there are to 2 ponies, cats and chickens. You can bring along your pet as well. Renting possible during the whole year.

Die 65 qm große Ferienwohnung ist in unserem Garten ruhig gelegen und durch eine Außentreppe mit separatem Eingang zu erreichen. Es steht Ihnen eine Wohnküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Schlafzimmer, kombinierter Wohn- und Schlafraum, Bad mit Dusche und WC, teilweise verglaster Eingangsbereich mit Balkon zur Verfügung.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inclusive. Vom Fön bis zum Mixer ist alles vorhanden.
Physiotherapeutische Behandlungen, Entspannungsmassagen sowie osteopathische Behandlungen können in meiner Praxis in Anspruch genommen werden.

Enjoy the modern, rural flair in our 3 new comfortably furnished holiday apartments. Located in a beautiful setting with a panoramic view on the rocks and landscape, the apartments are best suited for 2-6 persons (13 max.) and range from 70 to 110 sqm. All of them have a large balcony, 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 sanitary rooms. We put a lot of effort into the high standard of the interior. The rustic vaulted rooms are either used for breakfast or as sleeping space for larger groups. Our village is located in a quiet, sunny spot on a plateau above the river Elbe. Due to its proximity to the town Bad Schandau, popular destinations for trips in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains are well within reach. In our house smoking is strictly prohibited. Internet access and the telephone can be used for a fee.

Erholen Sie sich in unserer ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung mit fantastischen Blick in die bizarre Rathener Felswelt.
Sie erwachen mit Vogelgezwitscher und der Bäcker bringt auf Wunsch frische Brötchen bis an die Tür. Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer(Sat-TV,Radio), Küchenzeile (mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kl.Backofen) und einem WC mit Dusche. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Ihr Auto parkt direkt am Haus. Unser Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Wander- Kletter- oder Radtouren.

Our cozy holiday home is located in a quiet but central location between the towns Bad Schandau and Sebnitz, on the ridge between the valleys of the rivers Kirnitzsch and Sebnitz. The location offers opportunities for beautiful long hikes, which start nearby our accomodation. In close proximity is the Panoramaweg trail, running from Bad Schandau through the villages Mittelndorf, Lichtenhain and Saupsdorf, where is also a very popular part of the Malerweg trail. We do rent in the months from April to October. We are looking forward to your visit!
