The holiday house lies on a former barnyard in the municipality Lohmen. On our property we still do agriculture to a small extent, while you can enjoy our farm animals. Our property is in the middle of the village at a very calm road.
The holiday house consists of 3 vacation homes for 2-4 persons (additional beds possible). All dwellings are equipped with Sat TV. Towels and bedlinen are inclusive. The renting is possible during the whole year. Moreover we have a terrace with BBQ possibility and parking lots.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.

In unserem Ferienhaus Kaiserkrone stehen Ihnen zwei gemütliche Ferienwohnungen zur Auswahl. Die Wohnung "Rübezahlstiege" (EG) verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, ein separates WC und eine große Terrasse. Die Wohnung "Häntzschelstiege" (DG) hat ein Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafcouch), ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und einen Balkon. Kleine Reisegruppen (bis zu 9 Personen) können gern das gesamte Ferienhaus mieten.
Von den Wohnungen genießen Sie einen traumhaften Ausblick direkt auf den Zirkelstein. Das 5.000 qm großem Grundstück verfügt über einen Grillplatz mit Sitzbänken, sowie über einen Sandkasten und eine Kinderschaukel. Parkplätze sowie Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und Motorräder sind ebenfalls direkt auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.
