Wir laden Sie ein, in unser Ferienhaus (mit 4 Betten) im Herzen der Sächsischen Schweiz.
In einem großen Grundstück mit Wald und Wiese in ruhiger Lage und herrlichem Blick ins Elbtal können Sie pure Natur genießen. Das Ferienhaus ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Parkplatz zu erreichen und bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchen. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele sind von uns gut zu erreichen. Der Elberadweg führt direkt durch unseren Ort Prossen und an der Elbe befindet sich eine Anlegestelle der Elbschiffahrt. Die Grenze nach Tschechien ist ca.8 km entfernt.
Außerdem vermieten wir noch eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 Betten.

Unsere Ferienwohnungen befinden sich im Ortskern von Stadt Wehlen, direkt an der Elbe und am zentralen Parkplatz. Genießen Sie die Ruhe und den herrlichen Ausblick auf die Elbe. Sie können von Wehlen aus auch mit dem Dampfschiff in Richtung Dresden oder Böhmische Schweiz fahren. Von unseren Wohnungen können Sie in die 1. und 2. Etappe des Malerweges einsteigen.

Unsere ca. 75 m2 große Ferienwohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett für insgesamt 4 Personen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es außer einer Ess-Ecke (Eckbank und großer Esstisch) einen Wohnbereich mit 2 Schlafsofas, die jeweils auf eine Breite von 1,40m ausgeklappt werden können, so dass problemlos noch 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten entstehen.
Damit ist unser Objekt auch gut für 6 Personen geeignet. Weil im Bad auch 2 Duschen und 2 WCs zur Verfügung stehen, ist unsere Fewo somit ideal für befreundete Paare oder große Familien geeignet. Die komplett eingerichtete Einbauküche hat ein Cerankochfeld mit 4 Kochstellen sowie einen Umluftherd. Ein Geschirrspüler rundet die Kücheneinrichtung ab.
Bei schönem Wetter lädt die Terasse schon für den Frühstückskaffee ein.

In unserem neuen Feriendomizil haben wir 5 hochwertige Ferienapartments eingerichtet. Die Ferienapartments befinden sich jeweils im Erdgeschoss, Mittelgeschoss und Dachgeschoss und verfügen alle über Fußbodenheizung und WLAN. Die Apartments im Erdgeschoss und der 1. Etage verfügen über eine große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher und jeweils einem Bad. Von der Küche aus gelangen Sie direkt auf die Terrasse bzw. den Balkon. Das Apartment im Dachgeschoss verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Sauna und großer Wohnküche mit Balkon. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im separaten Wirtschaftshaus.

Die Apartments sind auch kombinierbar mit unserer benachbarten Pension wo es auch Frühstück gibt was man dazu buchen kann.

We offer a cosy holiday flat for 2 persons, in a sunny and calm, but central location, directly at the Elbradweg, with view on the Lilienstein. Our Holiday flat (24sqm) consists of a practical combined apartment/sleep area, a small kitchen, Shower/WC and is equipped with SAT TV, DVD player and Radio/CD. It has a separate entrance and is parterre. In addition a half-sheltered terrace with wood garden furniture.
Your car can stay in the parking lot of our property.
Gladly you can rent our bicycles for a bike trip on the Elbradweg bike route.
Please respect that in the Holiday flat smoking is not allowed.

Our vacation home is situated air health resort Gohrisch, between Bad Schandau and Königstein on a plateau (300m above sea level) surrounded by forests. Main destinations for hiking are Gohrischstein, Papststein and Pfaffenstein can be reached by foot. Our separate vacations home (48 square meters) is in a calm side street, 3 minutes away from the forest however also close to the local centre. In Gohrisch you will find several good restaurants with a tasteful menu. A parking bay for your car is included on our property. Our Elbsandsteingebirge is worth a journey at each season, we are already looking forward to your visit.

The Saxon Switzerland National Park Region is one of the most beautiful and sought after holiday destinations in Germany. In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Spend your holiday in this new, comfortable and modern holiday home, which leaves you wanting for nothing. The interior includes a charming gathering room and a playroom for all ages to amuse themselves. For a perfect family holiday, there is a 1,000 m2 garden with play options and rest zones. Bordering the play and lounging area, there is a small stream with the "Natural Barefoot Path" and the option of panning for little gold hunters. Or use the house's own sauna to relax. In order to enjoy your holiday in peace, there is a small physiotherapeutic repertoire offered. Do you have desire spending your holidays in a barn? We integrated an individual 2 level vacation home carefully into the existing basic fabric. Built with natural materials as plenty as possible, each area is designed and in coordination according to regional structures. The vacation home is brightly, friendly and overall generously proportioned, for friends, pairs and families. Different areas for common activities, games and discussions, or just to withdraw from any stress. In addition there is a play barn with a large sandpit, ping-pong, Dart,… a large meadow with a fire place. From the apartment you have a beautiful view on the Schrammsteine, the Falkenstein… meadows and forest. We would be glad to accommodate you!

Unsere Ferienwohnungen befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und in der ersten Etage eines alten Umgebinde-Fachwerkhauses.
Im Garten des Hauses bietet sich Ihnen die Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu entspannen oder bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre einen Grillabend zu gestalten.
Durch die Aufteilung in jeweils 2 Schlafzimmer bietet sich genug Platz für Paare, kleine Familien oder kleine Gruppen (bis 4 Personen pro FEWO).

Sie planen eine Wanderung oder eine Rundfahrt in Dresden? All das können Sie von Rathmannsdorf aus problemlos realisieren.
In gerade einmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß sind Sie auf den bekanntesten Wanderwegen der Sächsischen Schweiz, wie zum Beispiel dem Malerweg oder dem Kirnitzschtal. Nach Dresden oder Tschechien kommen Sie mit der S-Bahnanbindung, die 15 Minuten Fußweg in Anspruch nimmt.
