Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit 120 m² Wohnfläche befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in einer Wohngegend in Graupa. Zum Haus gehören ein kleiner Garten sowie eine schöne Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit.
Das Ferienhaus für 2-7 Personen liegt in der Nähe von Pirna und Dresden vor den Toren der Sächsischen Schweiz. Es besteht eine gute Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Dresden und Pirna. Pirna hat eine sehenswerte historische Altstadt. Von Pirna gelangen Sie mit der S Bahn in kurzer Zeit zu vielen bekannten Orten der Sächsischen Schweiz. Auch mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Elbsandsteingebirge. Unweit vom Ferienhaus entfernt befindet sich Dresden-Pillnitz mit dem Schloss Pillnitz und einer schönen Kulturlandschaft mit Weinbergen, die zum Wandern einladen.

Genießen Sie romantische Stunden in einem unserer Schäferwagen auf unserem weitläufigen Waldgrundstück, gern auch mit Ihrem Vierbeiner.
Es erwartet Sie eine moderne einfache Ausstattung. (Schlafsack erforderlich, Bettzeug mietbar). In jedem Schäferwagen befinden sich zwei Schlafplätze.
Für Tageswanderer (Forststeig, Malerweg) haben wir in einem separaten Bereich (altes Gewächshaus) einen Biwakplatz (Wanderhütte) zur Übernachtung. In der Wanderhütte gibt es 6 Lagerplätze.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Sie erzählen Geschichten von Spanien über China, von Indien bis Japan, individuell & einmalig. In 8 Tagen um die Welt!

At the outskirts of the national park Saxon Switzerland, directly at the base of the Lilienstein, we offer in very calm situation a Holiday flat (70sqm) for 2-7 persons starting from 80, - €/day. It consists of 2 Doppelzimmer with 2 separate Shower/WC, 2 additional beds possible, 1 living room with radio, TV, telephone, complete kitchen, central heating, terrace with BBQ possibility, parking lot at the house, restaurant 150m away. Holiday flat is very well suitable for family with children or for married couples. The holiday house lies on a former barnyard in the municipality Lohmen. On our property we still do agriculture to a small extent, while you can enjoy our farm animals. Our property is in the middle of the village at a very calm road.
The holiday house consists of 3 vacation homes for 2-4 persons (additional beds possible). All dwellings are equipped with Sat TV. Towels and bedlinen are inclusive. The renting is possible during the whole year. Moreover we have a terrace with BBQ possibility and parking lots.
