Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. In unserem neuen Feriendomizil haben wir 5 hochwertige Ferienapartments eingerichtet. Die Ferienapartments befinden sich jeweils im Erdgeschoss, Mittelgeschoss und Dachgeschoss und verfügen alle über Fußbodenheizung und WLAN. Die Apartments im Erdgeschoss und der 1. Etage verfügen über eine große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher und jeweils einem Bad. Von der Küche aus gelangen Sie direkt auf die Terrasse bzw. den Balkon. Das Apartment im Dachgeschoss verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Sauna und großer Wohnküche mit Balkon. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im separaten Wirtschaftshaus.

Die Apartments sind auch kombinierbar mit unserer benachbarten Pension wo es auch Frühstück gibt was man dazu buchen kann.

Herzlich willkommen: Im Ferienhaus für 5 Personen oder in der Ferienwohnung für 3 Personen. Sie verbringen Ihre Urlaubstage im Ortsteil Schöna. Dieser liegt im Elbsandsteingebirge, eingebettet von unseren "Hausbergen" der Kaiserkrone und dem Zirkelstein. Der höchste Berg der Sächsischen Schweiz, der große Zschirnstein, befindet sich ebenfalls hier.
Ruhe und Entspannung sind hier Programm. Durch die gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn erreichen die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos auch ohne PKW.
Der Malerweg ist einer der schönsten Wanderwege Deutschlands. Etappe 6 dieses Weges verläuft durch unseren Ort.

Our comfortably furnished 2 holiday flats with 38 sqm each and part of a monument-protected house offer space for 2-4 persons. Each dwelling has 1 combined apartment/sleep area, apartment kitchen, Shower/WC, central heating, Sat TV, WIFI and Telephone. Additional beds for 5,00 € per person and night possible, all-season renting, parking lot at the house.
Beautiful calm location at the outskirts of the Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland, restaurants and horse riding are in the village. Seats and BBQ place at the house. Enjoy our original Hungarian goulash cooked over open fire? Address me.

Our vacation homes lies in the center of Saxon Switzerland directly in „Prossner Gründel" valley. The Elbe, the Elbradweg bike route and the sandstone are close and thus invite for sporty activities, (water sport, bike tours, climbing and hiking).
