Our holiday flat and guestrooms are located in a calm position, near a forest, at the end of the village Prossen.
Our vacation rentals are usually preferred by little groups, families but as well by single travellers. For guests who come by car we have enough parking space available.
Our house also includes a renting service for bikes, cars and minibusses. The ones who favor a more adventurous exploration of the surrounding area we offer four-wheelers for rent.

Our facility is directly located at the Elbe with view on the town Wehlen and the Saxon Switzerland. The house was built in 1868 by a shipowner and an owner of a quarry and was later renovated in 1997.

Wir laden Sie ein nach Prossen an der Elbe in der Sächsischen Schweiz. Wir bieten Ihnen ein Ferienhaus und eine Ferienwohnung mit separatem Eingang direkt an der Elbe gelegen und Blick zum Lilienstein.
Zur Verfügung stehen ein Ferienhaus und eine Ferienwohnung mit je 2 Betten. Bei beiden Objekten wird eine Endreinigung in Höhe von 30€ berechnet.
Unser Grundstück befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ca. 3km entfernt vom Kurort Bad Schandau. Alle bekannten Wander- und Ausflugsziele sind von uns gut erreichbar.

At the base of the fortress Königstein (5 minutes.) our place offers real hospitality in a calm situation. The kitchen of the house mixes Saxonian tradition with selected international specialities, which can be enjoyed in the neighboring beer garden. Modern equipped single, double and multi-bed rooms invite also stay for a longer period. A worth visit for the whole family is the nearby mini-golf park.

Comfortable holiday flats in more calmly, agriculturally used location of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Ideal starting point for hikes to the most beautiful destinies of Saxon Switzerland. Distance to the route " Malerweg" already after approximately 7 walking minutes, first panoramic views after 5 minutes. A free open-air water park with adventure playground, large meadow, football and volleyball court, beer garden and historical land equipment exhibition are present.
Our Holiday flats all have outer terraces with seat and BBQ possibility. In our games room you can choose from Billiard, TT, Dart as well as various board and dice games without charge. We hope you will have a pleasant stay.

Die komplett neu sanierte Villa Waldfrieden befindet sich an der Elbe in Schmilka, einem Ortsteil von Bad Schandau, direkt neben dem Bio-Hotel Helvetia. Ein baubiologisch saniertes Denkmal aus der Jahrhundertwende mit prächtigen Holzbalkonen, auf der Sonnenseite der Elbe inmitten einer 2 Hektar großen Parkanlage mit eigener Elbwiese, Strand und mit Blick auf die berühmten Schrammsteine gelegen. Eine Gartenanlage wie an den oberitalienischen Seen mit alten und seltenen Gehölzen, schönen Parkwegen, Ruhebänken, Liegestühlen und alten Zypressen, die abends einen würzigen Duft verbreiten, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die extravaganten Interieurs der Doppelzimmer und Suiten sind das Ergebnis der zahlreichen Reisen der Gastgeber. Our comfortably furnished 2 holiday flats with 38 sqm each and part of a monument-protected house offer space for 2-4 persons. Each dwelling has 1 combined apartment/sleep area, apartment kitchen, Shower/WC, central heating, Sat TV, WIFI and Telephone. Additional beds for 5,00 € per person and night possible, all-season renting, parking lot at the house.
Beautiful calm location at the outskirts of the Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland, restaurants and horse riding are in the village. Seats and BBQ place at the house. Enjoy our original Hungarian goulash cooked over open fire? Address me.

Our vacation home is furnished for 2 to 3 persons and consists of a living room combined with a small kitchenette as well as a sleep area. A small bathroom offers shower and WC. In a garden lounge with BBQ you can have a nice evening.
