Unser etwa 28m² großer Nichtraucher-Bungalow am Ortseingang von Stadt Wehlen OT Pötzscha bietet Platz für 2 Personen und steht Ihnen von April bis Oktober zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude befindet sich im unteren Teil eines 2.600m² großen, am Hang gelegenen Grundstücks, etwa 60m vom Haus der Vermieter entfernt. Der Bungalow, am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der nahen Umgebung, aber auch für ausgedehnte Touren in die hintere Sächsische Schweiz oder nach Böhmen. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle ist in 5 min erreichbar und der Elberadweg verläuft fast direkt am Haus vorbei...

The state capital Dresden, the back country of Saxon Switzerland and the Bielatal valley are comfortably approachable by car, bus or rapid-transit railway. On our large south-oriented balcony you can relax in peace in the evenings.

Surrounded by nature, Apartmenthaus Saxonia is set in a beautiful historic building just 400 m from the center of Bad Schandau. It a spacious terrace and free wired internet. Ausserdem kann der Garten genutzt werden, ob zum Lesen, Spielen, Grillen, Chillen, Sterne beobachten - jeder wie er mag.
Durch das nahe gelegene Elbsandsteingebirge führen Wanderrouten für alle Beinlängen und Dresden, Bautzen, Görlitz und andere schöne Städte sind in einigen Autominuten oder mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen.

In its quiet location near the Ottomühle climbing area, it is an ideal base for walks and excursions in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Die Wohnung ist nahe am Waldrand gelegen. Von hier sind schöne Wanderungen, auch ohne das Auto zu benutzen, möglich. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich die Festung Königstein, der Pfaffenstein und das Wander- und Klettergebiet Bielatal/Ottomühle.
Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Felsenlabyrinth Langenhennersdorf ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel.
Die Böhmische Schweiz ist von uns leicht zu erreichen. Sie können hier den höchsten Berg des Elbsandsteingebirges (Hoher Schneeberg) oder die Tyssaer Wände erwandern.
In Königstein befindet sich auch die Anlegestelle der Elbdampfer.

Es verfügt über eine Küche, ein Bad, 2 Schlafräume und ein Wohnbereich mit Zugang zur Terrasse.
Zum Ausspannen laden die Gartenmöbel und die Sonnenterasse mit Grillmöglichkeit ein.

We offer one vacation home and a holiday house in Rathmannsdorf near Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland, lain in a calmer but nevertheless central situation.
Purchase possibilities such as butchers, bakers, purchase market (Penny and Lidl) and a restaurant are reachable within few minutes walking. A good connection to the public transportation system with bus, train and the piers ensure fast travelling.
The border to Czech Republic is only 10 km away. Due to the rapid-transit railway station in Bad Schandau you can also easily visit the art city Dresden.
